Trigger Warning Horrible Smells

There are certain times when I smell something horrible which usually last for hours (over 7 hours or more) within a day or more than a day. It is an extremely bad noticeable smell, like herbs mixed with oil and something else. It cannot be ignored and it is not a smell that I normally smell. I have smelt this around Christmas and other times randomly. God told me that I shouldn't celebrate Christmas anymore so I have not for the past 3 years.

On Wednesday of this week I began to smell the same awful thing again which lasted for hours.

It could be a hallucination , it could be a real smell , ask someone else if they smell it and if they do try to locate the source. I’ve got mice in my building and every once in a while, one will die and it smells like really nasty spoiled cabbage mixed with dead fish.

Seers have the gift of discernment. Their spiritual senses mix with the natural. In the Garden of Eden it was a normal thing, but it was lost after the fall. On these last days that gift is increasing. Based on your other posts I can tell you have that gift but are not mature in it.

I can smell things first before husband and child
once we were driving on hwy and said "I smell hotdogs"
no one else could
few miles up the hwy, we drove past a place selling them

another time, I came home and said, I smell something burnt, no one else could
turns out husband had made one tiny little test hole in a piece of wood.....so I smelled that burnt wood

You sound a lot like my maternal grandmother. I swear she had a better nose than any blood hound.

Sometimes you can get like smell memories coming back like flashbacks if you have trauma stuff going on . Or your sensory functions can go a bit haywire when you're under stress. Or there is a chemical or set of chemicals you're sensitive to and notice more strongly than other people.
