"MASS MURDER IN NEW YORK CITY" the headline blared "THIRTY-ONE DEAD IN SHOOTING". A man crouched down and read the beginning of the article. He saw the paper describe the event with words such as "Senseless" and "Tragic". As far as he was concerned, it wasn't a bad start.

Susi just sat down with her coffee, ready to crack open her bible and spend some quality time with God. Immediatetly the phone rang. Deciding to go ahead and pick it up, her arm knocked the coffee over and onto the floor. Eyes beginning to get big, and face starting to get a little red, she thought back to what her pastor had spoke about in the morning sermon. The five second rule.
