Well someones entry in Leanna's poll about married sex made me wonder.....how many of you had sex on your wedding night?

Can I plead the 5th ??

yeah! It may have been after midnight tho, after the wedding, we drove around for a bti, then came back to my house where all of my firneds were jsut hanging out in my room wathcing TV, we all hung out for a while, and when they left, we snuggle,d opend presents, packed for our honeymoon, and then we attempted it. It was awkward and we laughed. There goes romance.

We planned the wedding night as a part of the wedding celebration, so we got home at 8pm, had some dinner at home and a really romantic evening. Since we had waited for eachother we wanted to make it a special time and made sure that we had time and energy to spend together. It was truly wonderful!!

Sounds awesome. We did stuff on wedding night, but I do not remember it. Oh, well!

That's exactly what we did....we ordered a pizza and fell asleep before it made it to the room!

I'm glad I'm not the only one that can't remember if we did or not. In my defense, we were already living together and having sex pretty much daily so I'm sure we did....on principal alone lol. I know if we weren't living together and were saving ourselves, I'd remember (no i wasn't saved at that time)

Well all the rice was thrown and everyone took off and left a big mess at the church. We forgot to put people in charge of cleaning up and well long story short she went to change out of her gown into something that was more practical so that we could clean up and I had this crazy idea....

I have to quote a friend of mine who said, "I'm not going to have sex on my wedding night. It's been done before."

Hah-hah. Better question is how did I become CondomGirl and a self-proclaimed prude.

I think it started when at a nearly the same time, I had a thread here about whether there were sexual limits within marriage and a thread in WD about 'proper undergarments.' I was on the prude side of both categories.
