I'd have alot more respect for the anti gay movement if it didnt have to resort to such intellectual dishonesty. They have no decent arguements so its resorting to painting gay people as child abusers and other such litigious propaganda

I have to wonder about something.
Because of it's acceptance of the copyright laws, this CF restricts unauthorized cut-and-paste of the writing of authors not the poster to one paragraph and a link to the original work.
Most sites with servers in the United States do so, because they can be shut down if they violate copyright laws.
So why did the OP link to an illegal copy of the article that he posted on a site that does not monitor its posters too closely for this illegal action instead of linking to the original article? Is he trying to close down this site and force the site owners into bankrupcy?

Disrespecting the secular law is a sin. As long as the law is not immoral, breaking it is disrespecting it.
Edited to add: While we, of course, should not obey an immoral law, if we choose to break it we should still accept the governmet's punishments for doing so. Peter and Paul both spent time in several prisons for the sake of the Gospel, and martyrs too numerous for anyone but God to isentify them all accepted a sentence of execution.

If you had permission, why did you not include a disclaimer stating so?
It is not the responsibility of any site you post to to verify that you had permission in abscence of such a disclaimer. Instead, such sites should delete the questionable post, and if you are a repeat offender, close your account, to save themselves: a prosecutor will not bother to verify. The abscence of the disclaimer will be taken as prima facie evidence that you did not have permission. That is all he needs to bring the case. Defending the case, even if you did have permission, could still bankrupt the site owners.

That said, I've never heard a reasonable homosexual compare opponents to Nazi's (though I have seen some compare situations to the Civil Rights movement). That flier is just part of the Elitist Right-Wing "agenda". No citations, no credible sources at all really. It's just a packet full of whatever they think they could say to make homosexuals look bad, without making it obvious.
Using slander to defame an ENTIRE minority. It's really depressing, and it's the opposite of what Christ had in mind.
