CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I don't make homemade soap... but I saw the thread and I was hoping there was a recipie to make homemade soap!!!! hehehe

Hey I made soap once! it tuned out rotten it was supposed to be round but was more flat then round!!!!!!!ButterflyBotanicals said:anyone else here make homemade soap and bath stuff??? or candles??

I've actually just started getting into this and really enjoy it - unfortunately, I'm not as good at it as I would like to be. Does anyone have an simple, simple recipes for the soap making?

I make candles and am going to be making homemade soap and bath gel, lotions, and body sprays as well in the near future. My goal is to open up a craft booth or store to sell my products. I will be working on my own website soon so I can start making and shipping candles here in the U.S
