  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I still live at home and I don't really care for it. I don't dislike my parents, but if I could afford to have a place of my own, I would. I'm very neat and particular about how I like things, so it would be preferable to have my own space.

I live with roommates. My friend of 11 years and her husband, their baby and their second kid on the way any day now. At first it was great, but quickly turned to the "driving me crazy" option lol... We got in a lot of fights since moving in together, we are at least okay at the moment but I feel my friend and I are still frustrated with each other. I'm hoping to move back to my parents' house when our lease is up, not only cause I feel living together has been bad for our friendship, but also cause I don't like the location (it's a dangerous area and there's nothing to do around here, but mostly the danger part!).

So for now I'm "trying to be content".

With family.

I enjoy living with them but I do wish I had more space. I think people forget what it feels like to have all their belongings in their bedroom when they get a house of their own. There are two rooms full of "storage" (junk that no one uses) that belong to my grandmother, but I get in trouble for having a cluttered desk.

Living at home with my parents. All my other siblings moved out already and being the youngest of them all does irritate me sometimes. Living with parents 45 years older then I am, makes me think that the difference between generations, still living together, is too big for me sometimes. They may think different about things while I have other thoughts about something.

But, everything is totally fine between me and them and I love being at home as longs as they just mind their own business if I do not ask them to worry about things I am doing, or why I am doing something.
I plan to live for at least 2,5 years @home, and then moving out or going abroad for a while.
