CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

We have two short breaks planned for this year. We went abroad last year so can't afford it this year 
Unfortunately both breaks are during April lol
We're going to visit friends of my dh's who live in the north of England, on thurs till Monday.

I'm going to Israel towards the end of the year for a week - my dad will sponsor me - and we're also thinking of a trip to Holland and Germany for 10 or so days in the summer with a few friends of mine but that's not a done deal quite yet. I hope it''ll come true though.

DH and I are planning a weekend trip away for our anniversary in the Fall.
Other than that, we're not sure what plans we will be able to make for the summer. We will at least do a weekend trip with our kids, if not a longer vacation. Destination is to be determined.

Short weekend trip to the Hoosier National forest for our anniversary.
We're also probably going to see my in-laws in Florida for Christmas.
I'm guessing we might have one other week long trip and a few weekend trips. I can't imagine that we'd go the entire year without going camping at least once.

If I can come up with the money, I might be going to Myrtle Beach at the end of April.
Plus, we always have at least one family camping trip in North Carolina each year, always a great time.

I'm almost afraid to make any huge plans because SOMEthing always comes up and we don't get to go! So, for now we don't have any big plans but will probably spend a weekend in the US or Niagara Falls this year. Next year is the "big plan" to head to Disney as it was supposed to happen last month. Oh well.... life goes on...

We are going to Florida in April, to Universal Studios and Sea World. And in July, my husband's family is planning a family reunion, so we will go out to Kansas City for that, and make a time of it out there.

sometime in May or June (fingers crossed) I'll be going to BC. I've got some friends there that I really want to see. Plus a guy that I met on a dating site and we've been talking since November. so its definitely time we met up
