CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

good question. i think you get both by making more posts. i'm not sure. anyway... how did you find this forum? so far, i like it. the people are very friendly and you don't have to worry about vulgar discussion.

blessings can buy you stuff, it takes blessings to write a signature, change your avatar, play games etc - like the rep, other people can bless you, but its against the rules to ask for blessings or reps ! BE BLESSED !!

Kyle... Blessings are like money in here.. you earn them by posting and by people giving them to you because they like you.. and then you use them to do things like post pics.. make a cool profile or signature...
Reps are "points" you earn from others as you post in the threads and people like your post they can give you reps... it is kind of like... badges in boyscouts..
that may not be the best explaination .. but it will do for now .. until you find a mod or someone that can really explain it to you...
there is a FAQ thread in here that answers alot of these questions
