There was a poll in the main forum put up by Stone, asking if we think a warning should be given if a thread has to be moved because it is not supposed to be where it is. For example, a thread being moved from the main forum to the debate area due to its debative nature.
Several of our moderators commented in the poll (including Daryl).
When I pointed out the hypocrisy of the poll being where it was it mysteriously disappeared.
According to our rules polls of this nature are supposed to go in the debate section.
So what do we have here? It appears that it is OK for our moderators to violate our rules with impunity, but if we inadvertently violate them we get a warning that counts towards an FSB.
In my opinion this is just foolish, and it certainly seems like some of our moderators are not being fair!
I think we need to start up some new elections!
I am willing to to be a moderator in this forum. And I assure you that if I am elected I will show no partiality, and I will be both merciful and reasonable!
