You can say you don't, but you don't gave to give a bunch of bull by saying all that stupid "If I hear it one more time I'll vomit", or "horrible singing", or "excuse me while I vomit.". You guys don't know how much I hate this forum because of all of you losers. All you guys do is insult bands that people like. On threads they made to talk nicely about the band. Vioce your opinions, but in a way thats not insulting. I've had enough of you guys insulting Hinder on my little sisters thread she made. I will not tolerate it anymore.

No offense to you and your sister, but...as far as messageboards go, this one is pretty tame. I don't see any insulting going on, no personal attacks...just opinion. That is what you get on messageboards. Fact and opinion.

Fact: I would rather listen to metal forks scraping a china plate than listen to Hinder songs.

Fact: A couple co-workers of mine absolutely love Hinder and the sound of the lead singer's voice.

Fact: I'd still much rather listen to nails on a chalkboard than listen to a band that appears to lack creativity or even an original/interesting sound to their music.

Fact: I know of one guy who downloaded "Lips of an Angel" as a ringer.

Fact: Even though my co-workers and I (and okay one of my girlfriends) don't agree on the music sometimes, we act civil. They respect my opinion as I respect theirs. We take turns listening to other genres, other artists and hopefully, by doing so we have a much broader appreciation for each other's music preferences (except, of course, when it gets unbelievably one-sided). They can have their opinion on my 90's alternative rock and I can have an opinion on the "Woo Hoo" song.


It all evens out, kid. Don't take offense.

The fact of the matter is that some people don't like Hinder and would rather listen to the sound of a dying water buffalo than listen to "Lips of an Angel" one more time. I for one don't care if people insult my favorite bands. If they don't like them, that's their problem, not mine. Think about it that way.

I for one don't care if people insult my favorite bands. If they don't like them, that's their problem, not mine. Think about it that way.

This is very true. If some random person knocked Tori Amos, for example and told me how much she sucks, I wouldn't really care too much. I love Tori Amos, love her music. Does someone else's opinion have anything to do with mine? Um, no.


And just as I emailed to you, Dark Siela...I don't even believe I addressed you nor your sister in my first post. It was about Hinder, not you. I'm sure you both are cool kids...but you aren't Hinder.

And with Lips Of An Angel, me and my friends don't censider it a cheating song, we say it's a song saying kindda how much of a bad moc=ve it was of dumping his old Girlfriend, and he's jus saying to her how much he misses her, and how nice it is to hear her talking to him.
It really never tells that he's cheating on his new girlfriend, it jus says that he is talking to her on his phone, and that he wishes that they would've never had to say goodbye.
