She was asked questions about her email setup and practices and she lied about them. She lied over and over. When the FBI questioned her, she was forced to tell them the truth. Then during a hearing each lie was recorded in the record. Even after the video of the testimony proving she lied, when asked, she continued to claim she hadn't lied.

And she used a sophisticated program that deleted everything on her server wiping out all traces. You're not allowed to do that. There were able to recover many emails from other sources. I don't know all the details on that.

But who is the best alternative?
In my opinion, you go with who you know in how this country was run successfully before (with Bill Clinton being Hilary's personal advisor). I do not see the other popular candidate as President, let alone somebody I can even stand to look at for 5 seconds (because he seems hateful all the time).

Regardless of Hilary's flaws, she is someone I can at least listen to and respect to be President of this country. I also think it is time for a woman to be president, too. That is what America is supposed to be about.

Has Hillary Clinton ever had to settle a lawsuit for discrimination? Score one for Trump. He was lying in court when he said he wasn't discriminating against blacks and Puerto Ricans at his buildings. When the testimony came out that his managers had tho mark black people's application's with a No9 he was busted. So yeah, he lies in court too no problem.

Whatever that Naval Reservist did, Hillary did it better. She covered her tracks better and they don't have an interest in prosecuting her. I know it makes right wingers furious but there it is. They just don't think the case is worth perusing. Either they don't have enough evidence, the evidence is tainted, they don't have the testimony, or they are afraid of her legal team or the ramifications of prosecuting such a powerful woman. Not to mention all the friends she has that can make things just go away. You don't get to the level of President without connections like that. That's what puts her in front. She's untouchable.

The thing is that we really do not know if someone did something bad or not unless they did it openly in public on TV. A person must be presumed innocent until proven guilty without a shadow of a doubt.

All I know is that the other candidate (on the Republican side) is clearly not the best choice for this country for many reasons. For one, if you know how to read people, or if you have any kind of intuitive sense about you, the other candidate is clearly a "big no." So we have to deal with the person that seems like the best choice of the two in the top running and focus on the positive in them instead. For whoever is elected, they will be our leaders that we have to obey (Based on Romans 13) unless of course they are forcing us to do something that is not Christian or it infringes on our free rights to be Christian or morally upright in being believers in Christ.
