What is the most you've paid for an ebook?

I bought a Kindle purely because the amount of free, interesting books justified the price.

It's nice for taking away on vacation or when I go camping etc, but if I am paying for it, I would always go for the physical copy -- especially so when the price is negligible(Which is actually really annoying...).
