((How about we keep OOC to a minimum on this page so that the game is more enjoyable for the other players.
Is TJ in theatre or music? I thought he followed people into the theatre class earlier.))

Laina pulled her watch out of her purse and sighed as she looked at the time. It figures that the hall clock would be wrong. She had more time than she thought before the end of this class period. But still, it was too late to walk into the middle of a class. She decided to spend the rest of the time in the library. Maybe the same librarian worked there. They had shared some good conversations last year and she had been so helpful during Laina's Freshman year. Opening the restroom door, she peeked her head out making sure there was no one around before hastily walking to the library. Inside, she looked around but didn't find the librarian she was looking for. There was only some library assistant ((James)) she didn't recognize.

Devon rolled his eyes at the mention of what are you doing, of all the games they could play....

Tori, on the other had, smiled. "I love that game."

"I /hate/ that game" Devon muttered.

Tori elbowed her brother in the ribs causing him to give a forced smile/glare towards his sister.

"stop being a spoil sport." Tori hissed before sending Jason an apologetic smile.

James looked up from the set of books he was scanning into the Library system. They had actually gotten a grant from the state this year allowing them to bring in about 50% more books then they had the year before. So it was up to him to scan them in, shelve them, and make sure they were ready to be checked out. He wasn't too worried though, 500 books would give him plenty of time to keep busy, hopefully making the period end sooner.

As he looked up he spotted a young woman come into the Library and look around. Despite her best efforts to hide it, James could tell that she had been crying. The puffiness around the eyes and the red nose, gave it away. Putting on his best smile he looked up concerned, "Are you okay? Can I help you with something?"

Laina was standing still staring at James. She was trying to decide if she should go talk to him or hide in one of the aisles until the bell rang. "Who me?" Laina started as James' voice woke her from her thoughts. Then she gathered herself as she realized that she was the only one there so of course he was talking to her.

"Oh I mean, umm, I'm fine. Just first day blues I guess," she giggled with a little shake of her head making her curls bounce just a bit. She figured that the guy would take her to be a freshman considering her age and appearance of being lost. "I don't have class right now," she decided she shouldn't tell him that she was skipping class the first day, not that she didn't have a good excuse. Although a good excuse for not having class right now would come in handy. "Well, I did have class but the teacher wanted us to do some research so she let us out early." She glanced around briefly, "but I guess I'm the only one to actually come here to start on it."
