I've been a member of CF for a couple of months but i've only just found this depression forum so i thought i'd say hello

A little about myself.....I have depression as a side effect of having hyperthyroidism, things got really bad last year and i was suicidal but i'm now on medication and my other illnesses are more under control at the moment so things have improved, i'm just praying that i continue to get healthy again

Depression is a horrible thing to suffer from and i can sympathise with you all who are going through it

Hello Angel im glad you found the reason for your depression and I pray for your full recovery! its sad to see so many suffering on these forums , when we pray together miracles can happen.

I'm sorry to see that you are suffering, Angel. If you'll Trust Him though, you can be certain that He will bring you out of it and show you things you've never seen b4. Sometimes, as suffers of depression, it can be hard to admit that in this touch-and-go (seemingly sometimes cold) world...however, it's always good to take a second to step outside of our little box and try and look at things from God's perspective...as best as we can. Sometimes it's hard to see ourselves from the outside...but that's how God sees us. (Sometimes it's really hard for me to see this as well.) Anyways, I sympathize with you and your problems, because I have the same ones (depression) as well. Take care and God bless.

First I am so glad you arent depressed at the moment! I will pray for you to stay strong and healthy. I had some very bad depression for about a year. I was even on medication, so your not alone out there. If you ever need someone to talk to PM me I would be honored.
