I'm thankful for this site...it's a blessing to have a place to fellowship with other Christians . My husband and I have been married 40+ years and we have 5 children and 12 grandchildren. We really believe the Lord is coming soon, and we enjoy helping people with their health ~ either retaining or regaining it, without the use of drugs, following the diet God gave us when He created us. I'm a Master Herbalist and I love gardening, cooking, sewing, Bible study, dogs, Country living, Old-Fashioned Hymns and lots more. My husband and I have a mail-order health business, that is they way we make a living...making health affordable. We are Sabbath keepers, so the site is closed from sundown Friday night to sundown Saturday night in honor of the Sabbath.

I'm a vegetarian, believe it or not, I've never had a bite of meat in my life! No fish, chicken or any other kind of meat. And at 13, I became a vegan....I'm 60 years old now. I make almost everything we eat...we make our own breads, granolas, cheese out of cashews, etc.

Very interesting. I have leaned toward vegetarianism, but couldn't pull it off for more than a year at a time. I also have discovered the amazing power of herbs, through the unfortunate necessity of having to deal with chronic Lyme and its coinfections, after the medical industry arrogantly told me the disease doesn't exist, and after having an unsatisfactory, and very expensive, experience even with a Lyme specialist. My herb guru is Stephen Buhner. I'll check your site out.

It's kind of like learning a new language, Paul...you have to find good food that replaces unhealthy food, food that tastes good and is balanced and makes you feel healthy, or you will soon tire of it and get off the wagon .

Am so glad to hear you have found HERBS! What a blessing! Sometimes it takes a bad experience to make us search for the right way .

Also, I see you're located in Kingsville!! That's in my neck of the woods, and by next of the woods I mean Northeast Ohio (I'm south of Cleveland). haha

Have you ever seen the DVD called FORKS OVER KNIVES? If not, take the time to watch it, you will be so glad you did! It will give you real direction with how to eat and is extremely interesting and life changing. (Not at all gory )
