I I've only just joined the forums and I guess it's best to just jump in so hi everyone. I'm Gemma. I'm 24 and work in child care which I love. Over the last year I've been a bit up and down in my christian life but am really working on getting back on track. A few years back now I was really involved in kids ministry and wrote a bible teaching program for 0-5's as it's an age group that really lacks any solid spiritual teaching. I'd like to get back to that point eventually but for now just looking to get to know other christians from different places. So ask me whatever you like.

 Welcome to CF!

What are some of your hobbies?

What type of music do you prefer and what are some of your favorite songs?

Do you enjoy living Australia?

My biggest hobby is origami I love making lots of different objects with paper. I've recently got this new book that has a hatching chicken in it which looks really cool. It's an egg and when you move it you can see the chicken coming out.

I mostly listen to christian contemporary music and love casting crowns and third day. Also Revive (don't know if you'd know them they are from australia).

I love living in Australia. It's such a lovely part of the world. I've moved further away from the beaches but used to live right on top of the beach which was great.

This may be a dumb question, oh well.

Whats the weather like down there? Does it snow often?

Where I am at the moment it's been fairly nice (like 28c - i don't know the conversion sorry). But we had some really hot days too (abour 35c) which getting pretty intense if you don't have a/c (a/c isn't as common here as it is in the US). But you can get days upwards of 40C (104f). Snow it depends where abouts you are. It does snow in some places like the blue mountains and canberra (i''m sure there is other places but they are what i can think off). Not where I am though.
