Hello, I found this site while searching for Christians who are trying to hold the line for Christ in the gaming world.
I was actually looking specifically for other Christians who play The Sims 2. I see there is many links on Google that give negative comments about the game and gaming.
20 years ago my son began a journey to become a programmer for Christian games. God has blessed him in miraculous ways and I have been included in these blessings.
I am now nearly isolated and confined to home. I found a Christian site 2 years ago called SimSafe2. The owner was a teen when he founded it and has since married and started a family. He retired his site but passed the torch to a group of friends, myself included. We tried to save all the files and move them to a new website.
Like many things in this fractured world the Sims games can be perverted. I have made some dear friends from around the world with whom I am able to enjoy Christian fellowship with prayer and Bible study. We are trying to become a beacon in the Simming community to draw people to God and His Love.
I am also trying to get back to my First Love with Christ. That is what has lead me to reach out here. God Bless.

Yeah i'm sure there are many Christians who love to game (I love it but more a platformer like Spyro and Croc lol)-Not sure if you have already been to this board but It is for game fans THE GAMERS ZONE

PS I love playing the Sims games and have been for years now. I don't have too much time to currently play but I do have Sims 3 on my computer with two of the expansion packs. I never played Sims 2 though.
