Haven't heard about that. I'm a bit perplexed by the commercial thing -- I don't understand why they would do that.

As with all war and violence, it saddens me.

◘ Do people who whine about everything annoy you? How do you deal with these people?

It's frustrating when people repeatedly complain about something that isn't a legitimate problem. I usually try to explain the situation more clearly, as well as just listen patiently. But every once in awhile I need to get some distance before I lose my temper.
