Just a shout out to all my fellow Brits, how many of you are there out there?

What a year we're having, just had the jubilee for an awesome head of state, we've got Euro 2012 to look forward to and the Olympics soon.

The only reason I really knew about it was because it was in a Doctor Who episode a few years ago. Someone might have mentioned it elsewhere to me also.

Yay, another British person.

There are lots of us, but I think most stick to the UK sub-forum. They should really join the singles forum some time, sometimes it gets very American.

Can't say I've ever poked my head into the UK sub forum.

As to the Summer attractions, I'm just very happy that I live nowhere near London these days, Otherwise I did enjoy the Jubilee coverage, though I was miffed that they cancelled the river pageant fly over.

Edit; I will add though if I see Will-Iam on any more of our British events I may actually have a small scream and weep of rage. It was bad enough giving him the torch let alone a performance spot on the concert.

Little known fact; 'Briton' is a Roman typo. It should have been Priton (or, more accurately, Pretannia). That would make us the Prits.
