My little boy was born on Monday night at 6:53pm and weighed 9lbs 9ounces and was 20 inches long. He has a full head of dark hair and big brown eyes. He's eating well and doesn't like to sleep between 2am and 6 am.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Thank you, I'm not sure yet if I can nap in the daytime since we only just got home from the hospital today. Little Logan decided to have a few problems when he was born so he spent 5 days in the NICU and I stayed there with him doing as much of his care as I could and letting the drs and nurses do the rest. Finally today we got the a ok to bring him home and so far it's been pretty smooth. The boys haven't really realized yet how much of my time the little one is going to need so they don't seem to really notice him all that much except that they want to hold him and I'm not sure yet if I should let them.

Hi Logan and Mommy.
Thanks everyone! He's doing great now, he's almost 13lbs at only 7 weeks so he's gaining well and doing just as he should I'm very pleased with his progress. The pedi is as well, she says you can't even tell now that he had such a rough start to life and that she doesn't expect any complications due to his rough start. So he's basically a normal, happy, healthy 7week old baby!
