I watched season 1 through Netflix's "instant watching" feature. I loved it. I did that in January.

Now I'm watching season 2. I heard it wasn't as good as season 1, but I'm enjoying it OK. I've watched the first five episodes, and later this week I'll probably watch the last four. Since each one is only 40 minutes, I can get through it in under 3 hours. Like, one evening.

I still love the mysteries. Who are all these people, how are they related, who is good and who is evil? What is it like to discover you can do more than most people, that you really are "special"? And how do different people react to their gifts? Why are some gifts good and others clearly bad (like killing people)?

There's such a range of characters and motivations. It's a grab bag of situations any person could relate to and situations we can only imagine. I'm really enjoying it.

I've watched one of the new episodes but not the second one (or rather, the second half). I'll watch that tomorrow night on nbc.com.

OK, so I have a comment about an episode in season 2. Have you ever noticed when the writers aren't consistent about what someone's powers are? So, Adam and Peter are in Primatech, trying to get into the safe. Adam tells Peter to break open the safe, so Peter extends his hand and struggles to open it with his mind. Well- HELLLO? Peter can walk through walls, and anything he touches can go through walls, too! I just sat there thinking, "DUHHHH! Just walk into the safe, grab the vial and walk out with it, PEter."

Not quite.
Peter only had a distant encounter with D.L. (walked through walls/Season1 Finale).
Even if he did pick up his powers, he probably does not know he has them.
D.L. didn't use his powers in Peter's presence.

Naw, I'm talking about when he and Adam broke out of PrimaTech. They did it by Peter walking through the wall and Adam holding onto him.
I forgot about that. I stand corrected.

You question has been answerd two eps ago i think :)
Haha, yes, you're right. Although I am a few episodes behind, the end of the second episode (which I did see) had her going to see Nikki, who was in a casket, and then to visit some doctor who said he "created" her. So when I get a minute, I will watch it on nbc.com and find out the details!

No problem! Enjoy the show.
