Really? the same size?If you compare the size of a cone-head skull to that of a regular human skull, you will see that they are the same size. The cranial proportions are longer, yes, but that does not mean they belong to giants.
If they were, you would see:
Enlarged jawbone, especially if they had the double rows of teeth that you claim giants do.
Enlarged eye-sockets
Everything about the skulls would enlarged to match an enlarged body size.
Show the fact that the skull is larger in every-way compared to a normal human skull, then I might begin to take you seriously.

The only skull I can think of that he might be referencing are the Paracas and Mayan skulls that show evidence of artificial cranial deformation.
