CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Ok, question: there was a show that I used to watch where there was this girl and these koalas. They would fall asleep and then go riding on rainbows or something. Does ANYONE remember this, and if so...what was the name of it?! I LOVED it, but I remember so little of it! HELP!!!

We didn't have cable on the mountain until I was 17 years old. Yes, that's right, I grew up with three TV channels, NBC, ABC, and CBS, but on occassion if it rained or snowed we could get Fox or PBS.
I remember watching : Garfield and Friends, The Smurfs, Scooby Doo, Looney Tunes, Tom and Jerry, I didn't watch the super heros ones, but my brother did,
then you have the great Saved by the Bell, and then you have the one that I can't seem to remember the name of where the father and his two kids got sucked into another dimension with dinosaurs.
Other shows I grew up with were , The Cosby show, Bewitched, Andy Griffth, Three's Company (shhh dont tell my dad I use to sneak around and watch it), Little House On The Prairie, and then there are those that I had to watch cause dad liked them....murder she wrote, the A team, Matlock.....what did I ever do to him......McGyver was my moms favorite and yes I had to watch that too...or sit in my room and do nothing.
I was an entertainment deprived child....LOL

I KNEW I wasn't crazy!!! I try to tell my friends about this show and figure out the name of it because I don't remember it either...so I'm glad to know that someone out there knows what I'm talking about!kissybug27 said:

Remember the After School Specials...yeah those were great.
Another great show....Bosom Buddies..........it was too funny....I loved it.
