Have you read the new testament?
If you have not read the new testament, there is a section where the Jesus Christ is told by a man, who was a Pharisee, named Nicodemus who was a ruler of the Jews, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.
Then Jesus Christ responses to this is unless a man is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus in response to this, how can you be born again, I'm a grown man, how am I to go through my mothers womb again?
Jesus Christ response once again is, that unless you are born of water and of the Spirit, He cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of flesh is flesh, and that which is born of Spirit is Spirit.
How do you see this?
My response to this is that the more you read the Word of God, and if you are paying attention to what it is saying completely rather than, simply reading for the sake of reading but reading for understanding.
We can see that Jesus Christ is talking about the Kingdom of God, no one can see it. The Kingdom of God must be invisible, so is the Holy Spirit that invisible that comes from God, to believers and it is received in life by accepting God, and/ if you have heard of Jesus, by accepting the Lord Jesus Christ who died, and was risen again by God, and the Lord Jesus Christ brings the spirit with-in us which is unseen.
This is being reborn, belief in God, you have repented. Now saying God with a capital G, it means the creator God, the one who was Word once was with, before coming down to Earth.
If you have repented and turned from darkness towards the Light of all men, the Lord Jesus Christ, an you have faith and trust in God and His Son, you have been born again.
It's up to you what you will do with this spirit God has freely given unto you.
Know these two things. You are able to build the spirit up inside of you if you go and build your faith and trust in God, that spirit inside of you will get stronger.
We will not be perfect, however we are given the strength that comes from God, to overcome the self/flesh - which can create chaos, meanness, unloving, unkindness, non-gentleness, anxiety (that leads to self deprecation), depression, we will have to suffer in this flesh because of these things the flesh can do.
However with the Holy Spirit, and the Word of God and those who worship God in spirit and in truth, can remind you of this very next thing.
With the Word of God, it says nothing can separate us from Gods love in Christ Jesus. It's true. It's complete truth. Those things I described in the flesh are part of this world though by the spirit we can overcome these things by the strength that comes from the Lord Jesus Christ because of all the wonderful and beautiful things that he had taught, that helps us in reassurances that God is able to handle anything and everything, while we are unable to do it.
Where does that leave you as a last and third thing?
Choice. Do you desire God to be in your life more abundantly? Do you desire the spirit to be in your life more abundantly?
Pray. Pray about the things you really need help with, not the things you want help with but need.
There is a big difference between want and need.
Don't want God to this and that for you, but go to him in need, in love, in corresponding in what the scriptures say about praying.
Pray for help with anxiety, help with not letting others judgements toward you effect you, help with loving your neighbors, help with patience, help with (sometimes you might be struggling and need help with doctor bills that might not be much and God will send you someone to help type needs ).
God is a great provider, and he will provide, it is up to you if you trust Him, and to ask him for your needs to be helped, he cares about you and loves you.
He also listens to us all when we pray and ask for help for the right things that are needed to get by and pass through this life when it comes to us as individuals living in a world with more individuals who all have needs and need help with their own problems they are dealing with.
Need God, He is always there cares for you, loves you, and we receive the Holy Spirit from Him, and having Faith on the Lord Jesus Christ.
Learn to know you are, in Christ Jesus and remember where the Lord is there is freedom.
God bless.
