  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I also have a tilted uterus and the only advice I have ever been given (when pregnant or otherwise) is to lie on my tummy more  Not sure if that's really practical at 5months

Sorry I'm not able to help!

:crossrc:Dear Lord, Thank you for the gift of this new life you have given to supermom's family. Please relieve her from the discomfort she is experiencing from her tilted uterus and protect the baby she carries.:crossrc:

have the doctors ever suggested you eat more fibrous foods and add in more liquids, such as 'shakes' or fruit drinks to assist in that area?

My uterus is slightly tipped, and since I have/had endometriosis, I would hit times around the 1-3rd day of menses that it was difficult to make BM, it just wouldn't pass because of the pain and pressure, but then when it decided to 'ease' I was going three times every day (sorry, TMI)..

I found when I introduced more nutritious liquids and fiber, it made things a little easier then, maybe it will also now.

Another thing to try:
Doing the "cat stretches" every day, several times a day. You get on your hands & knees, then arch your back way up like a cat's, then relax completely so that your back is swayed and your belly is way down towards the floor.

This simple exercise helps keep the baby off your back/spine, and would Easily help get the baby off your intestines... This exercise is also excellent for helping get the baby into a good birthing position (change of gravity points).

this would work however it causes alot of pain i my back from a privious car accident and i was supposed to go for knee surgery but then got pregnant so i can't do the hands and knees thing or my knee painfully locks into that postion and i am stuck until it unlocks itself
