Hi....I suffer from a lot of depression - eating - addiction problems...I am recovering, and have been doing well, but lately I have been falling back down that slippery slope, and I need prayer. I am sorry for asking, but I am scared and don't really know what else I can do...Thank you!

never be sorry to ask for help you are not doing anything wrong. do you know someone who could hold you accountable ? is ther something else you could do when you feel like eating like drinking ice water maybe. i thinnk some of you depression is caused by the struggle you are having with food and addiciton

I have been on the same road with depression and it is the hardest battle to fight I have found. What helps me, talking and praying to God. It is not always easy but I am praying for you.

Don't be sorry. I'm happy if I can help at all than I'm happy. I think I can speek for everyone else on that as well. It is only a measure of my own selfishness that all I offer is prayer which is really a very simple and easy thing. But I offer it now with hope it will become a great thing.

i gave up for awhile, and came back to this site and was so amazed at all of the responses....i post the same thing over and over and people still keep telling me that they are lifting me up in prayer or giving me adive and even just acknologing my post, it makes me feel...well....thank you
