What is wrong with me?

I get depressed all the time
I cut myself
I try to kill myself
i get obessed with everything
I fall in love and fall out of love easy
i get happy highs but not alot
i have racing thoughts
I have nightmares
I have parania

what is wrong with me? i can't afford a doctor right now.

sweetheart... crisis clinics and counsel is free. i go to them. i can't afford doctor. they help me get prescriptions and meds i can afford. have you researched your area? sometimes churches offer counselling too. lokk at what is available, not at what you lack. and you have us. you are a loved sister in Christ.

it's hard when family doesn't understand. but it's ok. not everyone will agree with doctors or us anyway. if it hurts, i'm sorry. sometimes it does cause disappointment to be misunderstood by family. again, you have all of us.
and God will place people in your life to support you. i pray that you'll succeed in your research/ search for support.

God's plans arw way better than our own. if there is aother plan i pray & trust that God will guide you to it.

In a small way, it sounds as if you described me. (Only difference, I generally don't wish to die and cut myself doing general things.)
I do not mean to make light of things because I understand you to be serious as a Heart Attack.
Services are available to you, with or without a job. I will help you to locate them, if you like.
You're probably, highly intelligent, as am I. We don't need to hurt for loving others so much.

Lots of times the County will have a mental health services department that you can call and get low cost (or free) mental health services. Also, Catholic Charities provides counseling on a sliding scale basis and I believe the YMCA/YWCA does, too.

I can't tell you what is wrong with you because I am not a DR. But everything you described sounds like me to a tee and I am bi polar.
I don't think any of us can afford Dr's fee but sometimes we cannot afford to keep going on the way we are. As everyone is saying, look into county mental health organizations and if you can't find any go to your local hospital and sign yourself into behavioral medicene. They will get you on meds, and help you find the resources in your area. But know this if you do sign yourself into the hospital they can keep you for several days even after you want out and there will be people in there far worse than you but there will also be people you can relate to that are very much like you. If nothing else call the hospital and talk to behavioral medicene and maybe they can get you some resources.
As for your mom, often mental illness go overlooked by loved ones and ourselves. I know mine went overlooked for 43 years. Get help now is my advice, no matter what the cost. Esspecially if you are harming yourself and having suicidial thoughts. My prayers are with you....God Bless You and EVERYONE!!!...Rush
