Help Wot Does This Mean ?

Iam a new member , but I cant seem to post messages in other Forums. I get the following :

You do not have enough posts to post a link to an external site. You need a post count of at least 15. Please go back and correct the problem and then continue again. Links to your own site are limited to the Favorite Web Links forum only once you have 15 posts.

It means you need to have 15 posts total before you can post links. You need 14 more before you can post them.

I really appreciated your help, I know how to use the computer and internet , but I have never used forums before ! Its all new jargon to me, the only posts I new about before were the ones in the ground !
