Help With Picking A Song

Next week a group of middle schoolers from our church is going on a mission trip across town to help inner-city kids in a poor part of town. Mid-week we are having a parents night for the parents of the kids going on the trip to see what their kids have been helping with during the week.

I have been put in charge of getting a video together for the event and can't think of a song to use for the background, does anyone have any ideas?

It can't be anything really rocky (i.e. Skillet) but it can't be real soft either. Songs from groups like MercyMe, Casting Crowns, Leeland, etc. would be fine. I'm looking for something preferably newer and maybe has a "mission theme" to the meaning of the song.

Third Day has a song that would be perfect for ya! Its called "Long Time Comin'" and its from their "Southern Tracks" special CD that came with their "time" album. I don't know if it still comes with those songs but you could proably find it on ebay. Or pm me. heres the lyrics....
