  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

i don't own a pet myself and because i wanted to help a pet i bought some food and then went to the pet care/adoption center where i selected one pet and clicked "bless". then i saw that the food i gave it went away ( i didn't have it in my belongings) but the pet had the same 0% hunger.

am i doing something wrong???

thanx.

To adopt a pet you have to select the adopt button at the bottom of the screen. Adopting pets usually costs around 500 blessings and up or whatever amount the owner has selected that he wants for the pet. After adoption it costs about 100 blessings per week to keep your pet fed. The pets that are already in the adoption center are fed by the pet center, so they do not need to be fed.

so i can't feed any pet??

only if i adopt i can feed it??

No you can feed the pet without adopting it. I think you chose to feed a pet that was already full. If you bless a pet whose tummy is full, it will still take your food, but the hunger level will just remain at zero. There are lot's of hungry pets that do need help though. We have several around here.

The hunger bar didn't change because her belly was full and she was at 0% hunger. If you find a hungry pet and feed it, you will see a change.
