Help with chords!

i was wondering, how you get the chords to a song?

I know you can do it by lsitening to it, but how?

or is there s place online to get them?

Try searching for the song in Google. When the results come up, look for the sites that show both the words and chords in the description.

Because it's illegal for us to put lyrics on tabs without paying for licenses and whatnot. So, hence, no lyrics for us. Just do a search for lyrics. There's a million and half websites out there with lyrics on them and I would bet that if you searched for a song on one of them, you'd find it.

I know the lyrics, i dont know when to play the chords without the lyrics though.

You just google search the name of the song and then tabs, say if you want to look up tabs to the song god of wonders you type in in google

If you already know the song, and you have the chords to play it, and you have the lyrics seperately, why can't you put all that together yourself?

As alluded to above, if you want something more, you're probably going to have to buy a songbook.
