Help Wanted

Can anyone give me a link to a really good Christian kids forum or alternatively who do I approach for starting a kids forum with CF? My pre-teen adores all the little characters, pets & avatars on CF but we've not been able to find anything comparable for her. She is a reluctant writer so getting her to write on the computer willingly is a huge bonus. Thanks in advance.

Well, I'm not up on pre-teen boards and don't know what's out there but it really is not that difficult to create a site with forums, games, chat, etc... It does cost a little but many sites use google adsense to offset the cost.

I love seeing gung ho kids take off with these types of projects and if she'd be interested in something like this I would very happily help her in any way I could (set up forums, dynamic avatars, etc...)

Firstly we are all REALLY computer illiterate so I'd prefer something already up & running. You are talking to a woman who posted her CF character into cyberspace in just her undies. I'm told she's 'buggy' but she hasn't reappeared yet. Secondly, No Money - we just don't have it to spare no matter how little it costs. I have been looking for a while but while there are chat rooms, games etc there's nothing we've been able to find like CF. I was really hoping someone else had already been here & found something I've missed. Thanks for responding & if we ever get financial I'll take you up on that offer; Cait would love it I'm sure.

Okay, just let me know. Google Adsense really pays for the pages you make so basically you pay up front and you get paid back from Google. For sites that really have traffic, people have been known to make more than "five figures" a month. My site is alot more modest but I kick back the excess to the mods.
