I'm sorry, TBOH. Those are your words, not mine:
Well, bless your little heart, you go right on believing that, then.

I love it when I get a good "Christian" blessing. Thanks, TBOH.

I'll just assume you know that you used the wrong word and leave it at that.
And we all know what happens when we assume ...

Again, whatever. Have a blessed day.

Amen...Genesis 1:20-25 makes it clear that God created animals (it/their) according to it/their kind, making them unique. There are some characteristics that do evolve within a specie, but they did not evolve from each other.

What is the science behind that? If one species can change, then it can change so much that it is no longer compatible with another group of its species, meaning you now have two species.

What is the scientific basis for believing that somehow a species can change, but not change enough to be no longer compatible?

For example, donkeys and horses were once related, which means they can reproduce with each other. However, they are no longer able to come back together as a species. They can only produce sterile mules.

Well, maybe I wasn't clear, sorry. I believe God created each specie unique. I agree with the horse and donkey. I don't believe in evolution. I do believe tho that within a specie there is some evolving of characteristics...but not into something totally different. Maybe adapt is a better word for what I am trying to say.
