Hey guys, Ive been battling anxiety all morning and now my obsession is creeping up. I hate that feeling you get when it feels like your losing your mind or that your obsession may be real. I just need prayers in this cos I know God listen's to His faithful and I'm trying hard not to give in but it seems to always bounce back to one thought. Pls pray for me!

Sorry you're spiking. It does feel awful when the anxiety is raging... and I always felt like I was going crazy... or already might be.
I know this is hard but try to live in the moment. Don't let this event cause you to start worrying whether you're getting worse or not. Coming back from a really bad OCD flare is a one step forward two steps back kind of thing. Progress can only be measured over the long haul. Bad days come and go... the good thing is that they go.
I'm praying for you.

Praying for you. I've been in that situation many times. The fear & anxiety can make you feel like you are losing your mind but remember it's just the brain chemicals & stress hormones rising that make you feel that way. If we were really crazy we probably wouldn't know it or worry about it, is what I've always thought. Praying that your fear goes away quickly & that you feel better soon.

The woman with blood issues. All she wanted to do was touch the hem of his garment. And he noticed her pain through the crowd. And he notices yours in this world. You are not forgotten. Keep praying and reading in the word. He has made a way so you can bear it, so we call can bear it, because we're all still here. It gets rough sometimes but know that you're not alone and Christ is on your side. Hold on okay. =]

Guy's thanks for the prayers but I have some bad news but good news too. I have to have my Gall bladder removed and thats whats been hurting my side. maybe it will even help with the spikes. Cos I wont have this pain and I won't worry anymore. I guess thats my lot in life but we all go thru things. Pray that I have a safe and complicated free surgrey pls. and thanks again!!!!

I will be praying for you Dabro that your surgery goes very well and the doctors are guided by Jesus, and also that you feel His comfort and presence very strong and that you heal up fast.Jesus will be with you the whole time and always.

It's amazing what your Faith can do - even at those times when you are in desperate need and you're not to sure about what to do or think. The one thing that always remains strong is my Faith, and taking that leap to put all your trust in Him that He will make things right.

Bummer!! (Does that date me?) I've had mine out and so have some of the younger members of my family. Surgery went well for all of us. The only problem I had was that I felt so good the day after my surgery that I wanted to get right back at it. I over did it.
I'll be praying for you that all will go well with your surgery and recovery period.
Check in with us afterward so we know how you're doing.

Yep... thanks for clarifying. "Bummer" was a "cool" word we used in the 70's. Not that I was cool. Oh.. I wanted to be, but I could barely talk to the uncool kids let alone the cool ones.

experienced anger along with my unwanted thoughts that made it even scarier and self-condemning, has anybody else had this? I won't say the exact situation because I don't want to spike anybody
