Help, Please!

Okay ya'll, I am in big trouble.

I know that God says not to worry about anything...and I am trying not to, but things are looking quite dim for me on the financial front.

It is, of course, all my own fault. Credit card debt from 2 years ago. I went to a credit counseling service so that I wouldn't have to file bankcruptcy. I feel that I used the money, got the credit, and it is my responsibility to pay it all off. I do not want to file bankcruptcy, but I have to pay $360 a month to CCCS(credit counseling service) and it is getting hard to do that cause my car broke down and I had to pay to get it fixed and now I am behind on ALL of my bills.

I am a single parent and have a baby in daycare. So that is another expense. I am behind on it as well. I also have a 12 year old daughter to support. It is getting pretty bad. I can not affort to buy gas, food, or pay my utilities.

Would you all please pray for money to come to my family from somewhere? I usually get my older daughter's dad's income tax return, but it usually comes in March. It is a good bit of money and would get me out from under and caught up on bills. But, alas, it is still not here and I am thinking that maybe he didn't get a refund this year.

I know I am rambling, but please pray for us. Thank you.

Hang in there hon!!! My DH and I just had to break down and declare bankruptcy because we couldn't do it anymore. When it comes to you not being able to feed or clothe your babies or take care of your health needs, you need to do something. We didn't want to do it, since we did borrow the money. However, we just couldn't handle things anymore. Since we've started the "B" process, things are finally going better - I'll be able to stay at home with baby, and we get to keep one car (which wouldn't have happened had we tried to keep on top of things). Our debts kept getting higher, rather than lower, even though we were making our payments. We are truly sorry for what we did. We will not be using any credit anymore, until we apply for a mortgage (which will be in quite a few years...). We are striving to be responsible with our money from this day forward (actually for the past year, too). I pray that you do not have to go this road either, but if you do, please don't feel like a failure. Admit you need help, take it, and then learn....
