Help, please.

Remembering I'm a technological moron, can someone explain, simply & concisely, how I add someone to my buddy list. I just can't seem to get what I should be doing. Anyway it hasn't worked. Thanks guys. One day I'll catch up to the 21st century; probably about the turn of the next one!

When someone sends a request to add you to their buddy list, it will come in the form of a PM. It will say something to the effect of Hi! I've just added you to my buddy list. I'd like for you to add me too. You can do so HERE <-- (Where it says HERE, click that, you should get a window that asks you to save the name to your list. Click save and just leave the page and go to your CF homepage and see if they're showing up. If they are not, you may have to go into the control panel to your options or your homepage settings and look for a thing that asks if you want your friends list visable on your page.)

Hi. If you go to that person's web page, on the left hand column, near the bottom, there is a list under the heading of CF CONTACT.

In that list there is an item called "Buddy" If you click on that word, it will take you to your Buddy List with their name in the white field.

All you do is click the "Save List" button, and that person gets added to your Buddy List.

You don't even have to go to their page. If you click on my username right here on this page there should be a drop down menu. Toward the bottom there is an option that will say "Add LunaticRed to your buddy list"

If you want to check, go to your own web page and there will be a list of your "Friends" there. Check and see if the person's avatar is there with their name below it.

Every post of yours has a link to your web page, down by the signature.
