Help please!

please be praying for me, i've been cutting and making punctures and stuff in my arms for the past few months or so....but i haven't done it in 2 weeks and I'm really praying that I can make it a whole lot longer i took a friend's advice and am now using a rubber band and since my post in the Praise section (yesterday i think) I've told myself that I shouldn't ever do it again, and I'm going to do my best not to, so please pray for me! i didn't really know other Christians were going through the same thing till now so I'm hoping I can get some support on this site

Yes, other Christians do it too. You're not alone! I used to do it but stopped about six months ago when I got out of the pit of depression. Anyways, I just wanted to post and say how proud of you I am! I know it's really hard, but you can do it with God's help! I will be praying for you!
