HELP Needed with Hebrew!

I pretty much have this guy on the run, but he have a couple of pages of Hebrew he got from Strong's.
Here's the first page (page 7). Look Debbi! It' s regarding the term goyim and he says gentile isn't a perjorative term, and it isn't if you are one, is it? ROTFL!
I can handle that part, I suppose, but he takes all of his scripture out of context, and I need help putting it back in its proper context, plus he's got a whole line of Hebrew, Hebrew font and all.

sorry - Shabbat is a difficult time to ask for that kind of help - a lot of folks stay away from the computer during Shabbat.
