Hi all
I was thinking that I need to know Christianity better in the eyes of christians
so I have questions that i cant find answers too ,so help me out please

here I go:

1- Why the Cross is so important ? didn't Jesus get crucified on it ? did that hurt him ? and if yes shouldn't we hate the Cross ?

2- If God like to have a sons, why only one ? and why kill him later ?

3- If God like to have a son, why cant priest get marry and have sons ?

4- why did God punished Jesus ( or himself ) for the inquity of adam, but said in bible: The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son !!

5-
couldn't God just forgive us without sacrificing Jesus ?

6- Jesus lived by the rules of the old testament , why Christians live by it rules?

7- the base of Christianity is to love Jesus , Jesus has beard , why Christians shave their beard?

8- Why is there so many bibles? which one is the right one?

9- if the priest / pope forgive our sins , who forgive their sins ?

10- Did Jesus wanted to be crucified ? if NO is this mean that God is injustice (ista'3fer allah) , if YES why did people say jews killed him ? did they do what he wanted?
and why did jesus shout: "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me"

11- if Jesus is God why didn't he save himself from the crucifixion ?

12- If Jesus is God , why do he need the Ghost (holy spirit) to talk to Jesus? this one is just confusing to read :S

1- Why the Cross is so important ? didn't Jesus get crucified on it ? did that hurt him ? and if yes shouldn't we hate the Cross ?

To the cross I look,
to the cross I cling
Of it's suffering I do drink,
of it's work I do sing

For on it my Savior,
both bruised and crushed
Showed that God is love
and God is just

At the cross You beckon me
You draw me gently to my knees, and I am
Lost for words, so lost in love, I'm
sweetly broken, wholly surrendered

What a priceless gift,undeserved life
Have I been given
through Christ crucified

You've called me out of death,
You've called me into life
And I was under Your wrath,
now through the cross I'm reconciled

In awe of the cross I must confess
How wondrous Your redeeming love and
How great is Your faithfulness

Christ carried His cross to save us. In His mercy he took all the evil of this world upon Himself. When He died, sin and the power of sin died with Him. We worship God for many things, above all what he did for us on the cross. The lyrics above are set to a vineyard worship song. What better song can we sing than that of thankfulness for Jesus and the cross. His sacrifice and willingness to bear our sins should break our hearts and drive us to our knees in worship.

2- If God like to have a sons, why only one ? and why kill him later ?

Because Jesus is the only Son. It is not a 'son' in the conventional meaning (although Jesus is the literal Son), it is a term used to describe the relationship between God and Jesus when Jesus was on Earth.

3- If God like to have a son, why cant priest get marry and have sons ?

They can in Protestantism. I'm not sure about Catholicism, although it is related to sexual purity.

5- couldn't God just forgive us without sacrificing Jesus ?

In Christianity, we believe we do not have the right to question God's plan. If God chose salvation through sacrificing his son, who are we as mortals to question him?
7- the base of Christianity is to love Jesus , Jesus has beard , why Christians shave their beard?

By far the stupidest question on the list. No one knows what Jesus looked like, but if he had brown hair, do you think all Christians should dye their hair brown? What Jesus looked like is irrelevant in Christianity.

8- Why is there so many bibles? which one is the right one?

All bibles are essentially the same, so whichever bible you read, you'll be getting the same message.

9- if the priest / pope forgive our sins , who forgive their sins ?

They can't; they can only forgive people who have sinned against them.

11- if Jesus is God why didn't he save himself from the crucifixion ?

That was Jesus' purpose for the world. If he did not suffer the crucifixion, then there would be no salvation for humanity.

Hope you understand a bit better.

Hi GWD, your icon proclaims your are a christian, but your questions are standard atheist concoctions.

1) Why is the cross important? It is not important to atheists. They could be called enemies of the cross. The message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to Christians who are being saved, the message of the cross is the power of God.

2) Why did God have only one son? While it is true, there is only one God the Son, it is wrong to thing God has only one son, every born again Christian is a "son of God." Why did God kill His Son? Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the World.

3) Question about Catholic doctrine. Christian doctrine says all born again believers are "priests" and may marry and have children.

4) Why did God punish Jesus for the iniquity of Adam? He did not. God sacrificed Jesus, which allowed Jesus to become the propitiation for the whole world, all of mankind. We are not to punish folks for what their dad or child did, but only for what they did.

5) You can ask endless questions about what God might have done. They are meaningless. Ask a question about what God did. God reconciled mankind through the sacrifice of Jesus.

6) Christians are not "under the Law" but under grace, the Law of Christ.

7) Christ did not command men be clean shaven. In fact, He taught we should not judge folks by superficial things such as appearance.

8) There are several versions of ancient texts. Some from one location, some from another. Scholars have tried to harmonize the various texts, and then translate that text into English. Since different groups of scholars have done it over time, we have different versions of the Bible. An old one, the King James Version was done about 1611. I use a New American Standard Bible put out in 1995. Lots of people like the New International Version (NIV). I think the NIV should work well for you.

9) Question about Catholic doctrine. Only God can forgive sins.

10) Did Jesus want to be crucified? Probably not, who would want to suffer and die in horrible agony? Did Jesus choose to go to the cross, like a lamb? Yes He did. People that blame the Jews or the Romans do not accept what the Bible says, which is Christ was crucified by the predetermined plan of God. The men that carried out the plan did so in ignorance.

11) The Bible does not say why Jesus said, My God, My God why have you forsaken me, but many people believe when Jesus became sin for us, God separated from His Son for the sake of all mankind. God is love.

12) Jesus came to die on the cross, to be the Lamb of God. He fulfilled His purpose and said, It is finished.

13) If you are a born again believer, you can pray to Jesus directly. But Jesus taught us to pray directly to the Father. The Holy Spirit just helps us pray as we should.

1- Why the Cross is so important ? didn't Jesus get crucified on it ? did that hurt him ? and if yes shouldn't we hate the Cross ?
Because Jesus went to the cross willingly to Shed his blood for our sins. When we see the cross we are reminded of the Love Jesus has for us, and the price He paid for that Love.

2- If God like to have a sons, why only one ? and why kill him later ?
God didn't Have Jesus, Jesus or God the Son was with God in the beginning. The titles "Father" and "Son" only describe the type of relationship God the Father Has with God the Son. Jesus's birth was not His beginning.

and why kill him later ?
Jesus died for the forgiveness our all of our sins.

3- If God like to have a son, why cant priest get marry and have sons ?
These are not God's commands, but the demands of "religion"

4- why did God punished Jesus ( or himself ) for the inquity of adam, but said in bible: The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son !!
Becaue true righteousness demands an appropriate punishment for sin. We are told that the wages of sin is death. The reason it had to be Jesus was because their needed to be a sacrifice made without stain or blemish (without sin) Jesus was the only person who ever live that could full fill that requirement.

5- couldn't God just forgive us without sacrificing Jesus ?
Jesus ask the same question, so evidently not.

6- Jesus lived by the rules of the old testament , why Christians live by it rules?
They don't.

7- the base of Christianity is to love Jesus , Jesus has beard , why Christians shave their beard?
What does love have to do with facial hair?

8- Why is there so many bibles? which one is the right one?
Whichever one that holds to the original cannon of scripture, and that is easiest for you to understand.

9- if the priest / pope forgive our sins , who forgive their sins ?
Jesus forgives all sins. You don't have to goto a priest.

10- Did Jesus wanted to be crucified ? if NO is this mean that God is injustice (ista'3fer allah) , if YES why did people say jews killed him ?
Because people don't like the Jews and look for reasons to hate them.

did they do what he wanted?
He knew what they were going to do, but He didn't necessarily look forward to it.

and why did jesus shout: "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me"
Because for the first time in all of eternity past this was the first time the Father was separated from the son. And this was the greatest pain Jesus suffered.

11- if Jesus is God why didn't he save himself from the crucifixion ?
Because He was God He stayed on the cross for the forgiveness of your sins.

12- If Jesus is God , why do he need the Ghost (holy spirit) to talk to Jesus?
Because God the Father takes the role of a Heavenly father, God the son takes the role of the Son/lamb of God. And it is the Role Of God the Spirit to indwell the Church. The Members of the trinity all have roles to play. so to answer your question simply, Because it is His job to go between you and the Father/Jesus.

Hi all
I was thinking that I need to know Christianity better in the eyes of christians
so I have questions that i cant find answers too ,so help me out please

here I go:

4- why did God punished Jesus ( or himself ) for the inquity of adam, but said in bible: The
son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son !!

Jesus dies so that we could return to a complete relationship with him. What you are quoting only applies to people. God is not flesh, he is spirit, eternal and everlasting.

5- couldn't God just forgive us without sacrificing Jesus ?

Yes but there is a verse which says "the wages of sin is death". In the Old Testament God forgave through the sacrifice of animals which took the penalty for the repentant persons sin. This applied to the the Jews, Gods chosen people, they were to be a light to the world to show people how to have a relationship with God. Jesus fulfilled this requirement by dying so that we, non-Jews could have the same relationship with him through faith that they have through their birthright. One verse says that he is "a light to the gentiles (non-Jews) and the glory of his people Israel". The previous verse finished "but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord"

6- Jesus lived by the rules of the old testament , why Christians live by it rules?

Do you mean dont live be the rules? Many christians believe that Jesus dying means that they dont have to live under "the Law". I can only speak for myself here, I personally do live under the rules, because I have a different view. Most christians believe that the concept of this law is a set of rigid rules which MUST be applied, this is referred to as legalism. My understanding is that as my sons childrens bible describes this law or correctly translated Torah is "the best way to live". God know what is best for us and so has set out guideline so that we can live according to how he made us. Contrary to the beliefs of others I have found that these "rules" are not rigid because Jesus says that his way of interpreting the law is not a burden. The other thing to say in this regard is that another verse says that God will write this law on our hearts, so that we are happy and want to obey them. Many christians do obey what God says, sometimes by not knowing or, at other times because God shows them how he want to be obeyed.

7- the base of Christianity is to love Jesus , Jesus has beard , why Christians shave their beard?

S
ee above, having a beard is recommended in the law, bear in mind that the majority of christians are of a different culture to that of Jesus and it is not the cultural norm to have a beard.

8- Why is there so many bibles? which one is the right one?

There are not so many bibles, there are many translations. I understand that in Islam there are many translations of the Koran. Same principle.

9- if the priest / pope forgive our sins , who forgive their sins ?

Protestants will tell you that only God forgives sins. What you are asking is best asked to the Catholics as you question is a matter of their doctrine.

10- Did Jesus wanted to be crucified ? if NO is this mean that God is injustice (ista'3fer allah) , if YES why did people say jews killed him ? did they do what he wanted?
and why did jesus shout: "My
God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me"

I dont think he did but he knew that it was the only way to completely heal the relationship between God and man. Have you ever known that you had to do something that you didnt want to do? You know that it will be hard, but that the end result will be worthwhile? I have thought this when I was giving birth - there is pain, but the child at the end will be a blessing. Thats how I see Jesus' anguish before he died. As to his shouting out on the cross, there is an issue with the translation of that verse, due to the fact that much of the New Testament is written in Greek, Jesus may have spoken Aramaic but also Hebrew. In Hebrew what he said was more like "for this reason was I sent". As to the question of Jews killing Jesus, their courts could not pass a sentence of death, as they we a subject nation to Rome. Only the Romans could pass a sentence of death. That is why he was past over to Pilate.

Bear in mind, as with a lot of things in the bible and in the world, a lot of terrible things happen, but God uses these terrible things to do good in the long run - God can see the end from the beginning and knows exactly how things will turn out.

11- if Jesus is God why didn't he save himself from the crucifixion ?

See above

12- If Jesus is God , why do he need the Ghost (holy spirit) to talk to Jesus? this one is just confusing to read :S

The Holy Spirit is "the comforter", the one who brings counsel. God says that he is One, but as I wrote earlier he is spirit not flesh, and so we have a hard, a VERY hard time understanding who he is. He says "my ways are not your ways, and my thoughts are not your thoughts". Exactly how God chooses to represent himself to us is a mystery. I think if you want to get to know him better, the only thing to do is pray and ask him to reveal himself to you.

1- Why the Cross is so important ? didn't Jesus get crucified on it ? did that hurt him ? and if yes shouldn't we hate the Cross ?

Recently, my sons and I visited the battlefields at Gettysburg, Pa. Tens of thousands of men died there and untold suffering and misery took place there. And yet, we revere it as hallowed ground.

Why is this? It's because we recognize that a great sacrifice on both sides took place to ensure the freedom and liberty of those not even born yet.

In the same way, while we abhor the violence done to Jesus, we revere the cross because that is where He made His great sacrifice for our salvation.

2- If God like to have a sons, why only one ? and why kill him later ?

Jesus is not literally God's son. Jesus was our sacrifice because He was the only sinless man ever to live.

3- If God like to have a son, why cant priest get marry and have sons ?

That's Catholicism. Catholicism doesn't represent Biblical Christianity.

First of all, we don't have priests. The book of Hebrews tells us that Jesus abolished the priestly system.

Second, there is no prohibition in the Bible against having children.

why did God punished Jesus ( or himself ) for the inquity of adam, but said in bible: The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son !!

Two different things. The verse you're referring to is about not counting someone's sins against someone else.

5- couldn't God just forgive us without sacrificing Jesus ?

No. Someone had to pay for sin. If someone murdered one of your loved ones and you went to court to see the judge render his sentence, if he simply said, "Because I'm a merciful judge, I forgive you and you're free to go", would you feel that justice had been done?

6- Jesus lived by the rules of the old testament , why Christians live by it rules?

Jesus lived by the Old Covenant for two reasons:

The first and most obvious is that He was a Jew and was bound to follow the rules of that covenant.

The second is that He did it to fulfill all righteousness. That is, so that He could remain without sin.

Because of Christ's death, the Old Covenant has been fulfilled and so we are not bound by the terms and conditions of that covenant.

7- the base of Christianity is to love Jesus , Jesus has beard , why Christians shave their beard?

I'm not sure what one has to do with the other. I'm assuming that you love your mother, but you probably don't wear a dress, do you?

8- Why is there so many bibles? which one is the right one?

There is only one Bible. There are many translations. They all say same thing. Personally, I prefer the KJV.

9- if the priest / pope forgive our sins , who forgive their sins ?

Again, we don't have priests or popes and no man can forgive sins.

10- Did Jesus wanted to be crucified?

I wouldn't say He wanted it, but He consented to it.

if YES why did people say jews killed him ? did they do what he wanted?

Because the Jewish religious leaders were partly responsible.

and why did jesus shout: "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me"

He was actually quoting another verse from the Old Testament and did so in order to fulfil a prophecy.

11- if Jesus is God why didn't he save himself from the crucifixion ?

Because it was His plan to be crucified.

12- If Jesus is God , why do he need the Ghost (holy spirit) to talk to Jesus? this one is just confusing to read

I don't get this question.

The Original post I made was left in Black

The scripture you wanted was left in Blue

New commentary was completed in Green.

1)Because Jesus went to the cross willingly toShed his blood for our sins. When we see the cross we are reminded of the Love Jesus has for us, and the price He paid for that Love.
Luke 22:39Jesus went out as usual to the Mount of Olives, and his disciples followed him. 40On reaching the place, he said to them, "Pray that you will not fall into temptation." 41He withdrew about a stone's throw beyond them, knelt down and prayed, 42"Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done." 43An angel from heaven appeared to him and strengthened him. 44And being in anguish, he prayed more earnestly, and his sweat was like drops of blood falling to the ground.

2) God didn't Have Jesus, Jesus or God the Son was with God in the beginning. The titles "Father" and "Son" only describe the type of relationship God the Father Has with God the Son. Jesus's birth was not His beginning. John1:
John 1

The Word Became Flesh

1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2He was with God in the beginning.

3Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4In him was life, and that life was the light of men. 5The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it.
6There came a man who was sent from God; his name was John. 7He came as a witness to testify concerning that light, so that through him all men might believe. 8He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light. 9The true light that gives light to every man was coming into the world.
10He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. 11He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. 12Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— 13children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God. 14The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

The Word Here Is Jesus And He was with God In The Beginning.

3)Jesus died for the forgiveness our all of our sins.
John 3:
16"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

4)These are not God's commands, but the demands of "religion"
There are no Verses telling Priests or anyone else not to get married. This is why I said this is not a command of God, but a command of man's religion.
1Co 7:
1Now for the matters you wrote about: It is good for a man not to marry.2But since there is so much immorality, each man should have his own wife, and each woman her own husband. 3The husband should fulfill his marital duty to his wife, and likewise the wife to her husband. 4The wife's body does not belong to her alone but also to her husband. In the same way, the husband's body does not belong to him alone but also to his wife. 5Do not deprive each other except by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control. 6I say this as a concession, not as a command. 7I wish that all men were as I am. But each man has his own gift from God; one has this gift, another has that.

1Tim 4:1The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. 2Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron. 3They forbid people to marry and order them to abstain from certain foods, which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and who know the truth. 4For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, 5because it is consecrated by the word of God and prayer.

5)Because true righteousness demands an appropriate punishment for sin. We are told that the wages of sin is death.
Romans 6:
23For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

6)The reason it had to be Jesus was because their needed to be a sacrifice made without stain or blemish (without sin) Jesus was the only person who ever live that could full fill that requirement.
John1: 29The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, "Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!

Under the Old Covenant God had with the Jews, only a pure lamb without Spot or blemish was to be sacrificed to God. Jesus Being the Lamb of God means that Jesus was/is the purest sacrifice that could have been made Thereby taking the sins of the world.

7)Jesus ask the same question, so evidently not.
Luke 22: 41He withdrew about a stone's throw beyond them, knelt down and prayed, 42"Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done."

8)They don't.
Romans 7:
1Do you not know, brothers—for I am speaking to men who know the law—that the law has authority over a man only as long as he lives? 2For example, by law a married woman is bound to her husband as long as he is alive, but if her husband dies, she is released from the law of marriage. 3So then, if she marries another man while her husband is still alive, she is called an adulteress. But if her husband dies, she is released from that law and is not an adulteress, even though she marries another man.
4So, my brothers, you also died to the law through the body of Christ, that you might belong to another, to him who was raised from the dead, in order that we might bear fruit to God. 5For when we were controlled by the sinful nature, the sinful passions aroused by the law were at work in our bodies, so that we bore fruit for death. 6But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code.

9)What does love have to do with facial hair?
No Verses, just a question What does love have to do with facial Hair? I love my mother, but I don't wear women's clothing in order to look like Her, Nor do I have my Hair cut to look like Hers either. True Love does not require that we mimic the other person.

10)Whichever one that holds to the original cannon of scripture, and that is easiest for you to understand.
Again no verses, just alittle common sense

11)Jesus forgives all sins. You don't have to goto a priest.
James 5:
15And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven. 16Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.

James tells us to confess our sins one to another, He says nothing about confessing to a priest or pope.

12)Because people don't like the Jews and look for reasons to hate them.
There isn't any scripture here, just a real world fact.

13)He knew what they were going to do, but He didn't necessarily look forward to it.
Again look to Jesus's Prayer in the Garden of Gethsemane. He asked His Father to Take this cup or Take this responsibility from Him.

14)Because for the first time in all of eternity past this was the first time the Father was separated from the son. And this was the greatest pain Jesus suffered.

It is also said that Jesus words were to full fill a prophesy written by David in Psalm 22:
Psalm 22

1 My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?
Why are you so far from saving me,
so far from the words of my groaning?

2 O my God, I cry out by day, but you do not answer,
by night, and am not silent.
3 Yet you are enthroned as the Holy One;
you are the praise of Israel. [a]
4 In you our fathers put their trust;
they trusted and you delivered them.
5 They cried to you and were saved;
in you they trusted and were not disappointed.
6 But I am a worm and not a man,
scorned by men and despised by the people.
7 All who see me mock me;
they hurl insults, shaking their heads:
8 "He trusts in the LORD;
let the LORD rescue him.
Let him deliver him,
since he delights in him."
9 Yet you brought me out of the womb;
you made me trust in you
even at my mother's breast.
10 From birth I was cast upon you;
from my mother's womb you have been my God.
11 Do not be far from me,
for trouble is near
and there is no one to help.
12 Many bulls surround me;
strong bulls of Bashan encircle me.
13 Roaring lions tearing their prey
open their mouths wide against me.
14 I am poured out like water,
and all my bones are out of joint.
My heart has turned to wax;
it has melted away within me.
15 My strength is dried up like a potsherd,
and my tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth;
you lay me [b] in the dust of death.
16 Dogs have surrounded me;
a band of evil men has encircled me,
they have pierced [c] my hands and my feet.
17 I can count all my bones;
people stare and gloat over me.
18 They divide my garments among them
and cast lots for my clothing.
19 But you, O LORD, be not far off;
O my Strength, come quickly to help me.
20 Deliver my life from the sword,
my precious life from the power of the dogs.
21 Rescue me from the mouth of the lions;
save [d] me from the horns of the wild oxen.
22 I will declare your name to my brothers;
in the congregation I will praise you.
23 You who fear the LORD, praise him!
All you descendants of Jacob, honor him!
Revere him, all you descendants of Israel!
24 For he has not despised or disdained
the suffering of the afflicted one;
he has not hidden his face from him
but has listened to his cry for help.
25 From you comes the theme of my praise in the great assembly;
before those who fear you [e] will I fulfill my vows.
26 The poor will eat and be satisfied;
they who seek the LORD will praise him—
may your hearts live forever!
27 All the ends of the earth
will remember and turn to the LORD,
and all the families of the nations
will bow down before him,
28 for dominion belongs to the LORD
and he rules over the nations.
29 All the rich of the earth will feast and worship;
all who go down to the dust will kneel before him—
those who cannot keep themselves alive.
30 Posterity will serve him;
future generations will be told about the Lord. 31 They will proclaim his righteousness
to a people yet unborn—
for he has done it.

15)Because He was God He stayed on the cross for the forgiveness of your sins.
It is evident because that is where He died.

16)Because God the Father takes the role of a Heavenly father, God the son takes the role of the Son/lamb of God. And it is the Role Of God the Spirit to indwell the Church. The Members of the trinity all have roles to play. so to answer your question simply, Because it is His job to go between you and the Father/Jesus.
There isn't any one scripture, that shows this type of relationship. My words are an observation of many scriptures, of how the trinity of God work together.

whats the troll ??

A troll is a person not necessarily interested in finding out the answers to his questions, but uses his questions to create arguments and grief.

(there isn't any scripture to back up what I said, you'll have to take my word for it.)

When you misrepresented your faith your intentions automatically came into question.

Hi all
I was thinking that I need to know Christianity better in the eyes of christians
so I have questions that i cant find answers too ,so help me out please

here I go:

1- Why the Cross is so important ? didn't Jesus get crucified on it ? did that hurt him ? and if yes shouldn't we hate the Cross ?

We are asked to live as Jesus did, to take up our cross -- which He taught before He was even crucified, showing He knew how He would die.

That is metaphoric. The cross is the symbol of Christianity. At one time, it was the fish symbol, which remains a symbol. There are others. We believe in trusting in the finished work of God through Jesus Christ crucified for righteousness. Therefore is the cross is an offense to those who are trusting in the works of their own hands for forgiveness of sins and righteousness.

2- If God like to have a sons, why only one ? and why kill him later ?

Jesus died and was resurrected to defeat death. So, now, all judgment is in the hands of Jesus.

He alone rose from the grave, being the first born of the dead having conquered both death and Hell.

All true Christians are born again and have the Spirit of God in our hearts forevermore. That is eternal life. God alone is good, so man can do no good apart from being born again -- to claim otherwise is blasphemy against God. For man is not God.

Jesus is God incarnate, God the Father is Spirit, no man can see God but through Jesus.

These words are using fleshly terms, of the earth, so people can start to grasp these basic truths.

All people were created to be children of God.

3- If God like to have a son, why cant priest get marry and have sons ?

All Christians are priests and can marry and have children.

You are confusing some Christian sects with the truth faith. There are many lies in the world obscuring the Truth which gives eternal life. In this way can one only be saved by faith.

4- why did God punished Jesus ( or himself ) for the inquity of adam, but said in bible: The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son !!

Jesus died for everyone's sins. Anyone who goes to Jesus can find forgiveness for their own sins. You die and are cursed for your own sins, not for someone else's. Previously, God did punish people for the sins of their fathers -- one's fathers are those whom they call fathers. Some call wicked men their ancestors and embrace their deeds. Jesus taught us to call no man Father but our Heavenly Father.

If you call one verse authoritative, admitting it is from God, you must call all verses authoritative -- or you admit it is with God you have argument, not man.

5-
couldn't God just forgive us without sacrificing Jesus ?

Jesus put away the Law for the Law says, 'cursed is anyone hung on a tree'. He conquered the Law and proved that by rising from the dead himself. No other man can claim to have done this, for it was not given to them to do this. The keys of death and Hell are alone in the hands of Jesus.

So, you could not find forgiveness for sins because you would have had no escape from the Law. As it was said to Adam, 'you eat from this tree, you die', and so all have death because they have knowledge of the Law in their hearts. They are culpable for their sins because they know they are wrong.

Jesus provided us an "out" by putting away the Law and the old flesh.

6- Jesus lived by the rules of the old testament , why Christians live by it rules?

We do live by the Old Testament, only the flesh which is not born of God does not understand the "rules of the Old Testament" because they are not good. Is man God? Then man is not good. Man, not being good, then is what? He is evil.

And therefore he can do no good.

If he can do no good, then how can he claim to understand the Law, which is good? He does not, for the Law is spiritual.

He can not have love of God in his heart, for he does not see God and does not believe God.

7- the base of Christianity is to love Jesus , Jesus has beard , why Christians shave their beard?

That is of the flesh, to judge by outward appearances. Like the Jews and others who follow laws to try and save themselves by their own hands. Christians are saved by faith and walk in grace through the Holy Spirit of God indwelling.

Man is not saved by whether he has a beard or not nor by what clothes he wears.

That is what the Jews taught as well.

8- Why is there so many bibles? which one is the right one?

There are not "so many bibles", there are some versions, the more popular versions are very well translated and agree with each other closely. Where there are detailed differences then one can always go to the Greek or Hebrew.

Why do you not believe God could keep the Bible right? That is an accusation against God, not man.

9- if the priest / pope forgive our sins , who forgive their sins ?

Again, you are speaking of a sect and off Scripture and the Christian faith.

Christians have their sins forgiven through God and the forgiveness of others.

10- Did Jesus wanted to be crucified ? if NO is this mean that God is injustice (ista'3fer allah) , if YES why did people say jews killed him ? did they do what he wanted?
and why did jesus shout: "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me"

You really have a lot of accusations against God and Scripture.

Jesus wanted to be crucified. He agreed to it and did it. He did ask not to, but God assured Him it was right to do.

As for that being unjust, that is not a standard which makes any sense, and is not true.

Yes, the Jews killed him.

Jesus shouted what He shouted because it fulfilled Scripture, which has that line... as for the deeper meaning there, that is hidden from unbelievers not born of God.

11- if Jesus is God why didn't he save himself from the crucifixion ?

He did, he rose on the third day and went to Heaven to sit at the Right Hand of God the father.

This is why Christians are so blessed, and why unbelievers are so cursed in all they do.

12- If Jesus is God , why do he need the Ghost (holy spirit) to talk to Jesus? this one is just confusing to read :S

It is confusing, because these are your own words.

You really have a problem with Scripture and God.

This is why your life is so hard.

I won't go further into these matters except to say the Spirit of Jesus is the Spirit of God is the Spirit of the Father.

Otherwise, your statement there does not make sense, you seem to have gathered up some statement of your own and claiming it to be Scripture, or are very confused about something Scripture says.

i have more but I'll ask later
thanks all
.

a new question , why do u all have different answers :S

Because just like you have in Islam - Shia and Sunni, we have what we call denominations, which means that although we all believe in God, that Jesus died for our sins, each denomination emphasises some things more than others.

For example I attend a Charismatic church - these churches emphasise Gods work through the Holy Spirit. I also am a Messianic which means that I live my life following the Law or Torah of the Old Testament.

I have friends that attend Church of England, this denomination is traditional in its outlook.

Then there is Roman Catholic which are led by the Pope in Rome.

The other thing is that God speaks to each of us as individuals, and shows us things about our lives that are just for us, so even people who are in the same denomination will differ in their thinking about God.

1- Why the Cross is so important ? didn't Jesus get crucified on it ? did that hurt him ? and if yes shouldn't we hate the Cross ?

On the cross Jesus has bought our salvation. That's why the cross is important. We don't love the cross itself, we love what Jesus did on it, which is - He gave His own life to save us from our sins, to bring us forgiveness from God for our sins. Jesus was greatly troubled before He went to the cross – it was a huge ordeal to Him. And He is said to be: a man of sorrows and familiar with suffering.

Hebrews 9:22 ...and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.
Hebrews 9:26 ...But now he has appeared once for all at the end of the ages to do away with sin by the sacrifice of himself...so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people;
2Corinthians 5:18-19 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them.
Colossians 1:22 But now he has reconciled you by Christ's physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation -
Isaiah 53:4 Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows….But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed.

ISA 53:3 He was despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows, and familiar with suffering.
MAT 26:37 He took Peter and the two sons of Zebedee along with him, and he began to be sorrowful and troubled. 38 Then he said to them, "My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me."
39 Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, "My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will."

2- If God like to have a sons, why only one ? and why kill him later ?

God did not kill Jesus. People did. God allowed it because Jesus was willing to die for us in order to save us.

Ephesians 5:2 and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
John 10:17-18 The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life - only to take it up again. 18 No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord.

We are Jesus’ brothers. So God will have many sons and daughters in us.

Ephesians 1:5 he predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ,
GAL 3:26 You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus,

Hebrews 2:11 Both the one who makes men holy and those who are made holy are of the same family. So Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers.
2Corinthians 6:17 "Therefore come out from them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you."
18 "I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty."

3- If God like to have a son, why cant priest get marry and have sons ?

The Bible does not prohibit marriage as far as I know. There is even a verse that says that some liars forbid people to marry. I assume they mean the priests. Otherwise, I don’t know of any regular people that are forbidden marriage (by some religion). But the point is, Paul thought it was wrong to forbid people to marry. Paul never mentioned that a priest should not marry. Besides, I don’t think Paul even called anybody a priest. It was “deacons”. There are many man made traditions and teachings made up under the umbrella of “Christianity”. So I believe in finding answers in the Bible, not from people.

1Timothy 4:2 Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron. 3 They forbid people to marry and order them to abstain from certain foods, which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and who know the truth.

4- why did God punished Jesus ( or himself ) for the inquity of adam, but said in bible: The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son !!

The rules about that (as quoted above) did not apply to God Himself. He made the rules for people. Fortunately for us, God’s righteous rules did not prohibit Jesus from giving His life for us (as quoted in verses above), to redeem us. Otherwise, we all would have been doomed.n Jesus did not follow the rule: the child suffered for sins of his fathers. Jesus followed the other rule: innocent blood was shed as a willing sacrifice and thus brought redemption to humans.

5- couldn't God just forgive us without sacrificing Jesus ?

Hebrews 9:22 ...and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.

6- Jesus lived by the rules of the old testament , why Christians live by it rules?

Jesus did not live by rules of old testament. He actually brought the new rules. Matthew 5:21+
MAT 5:21 "You have heard that the law of Moses says, 'Do not murder. If you commit murder, you are subject to judgment.' 22 But I say, if you are angry with someone, you are subject to judgment!

MAT 9:14 One day the disciples of John the Baptist came to Jesus and asked him, "Why do we and the Pharisees fast, but your disciples don't fast?"
15 Jesus responded, "Should the wedding guests mourn while celebrating with the groom? Someday he will be taken from them, and then they will fast.
16 And who would patch an old garment with unshrunk cloth? For the patch shrinks and pulls away from the old cloth, leaving an even bigger hole than before.
17 And no one puts new wine into old wineskins. The old skins would burst from the pressure, spilling the wine and ruining the skins. New wine must be stored in new wineskins. That way both the wine and the wineskins are preserved."

I believe this verse means that in Jesus the symbols of the law that were pointing to Jesus and His sacrifice were fullfilled. For example, in the law, you required to sacrifice a lamb. But in the new testament, JESUS WAS that Lamb. So he fullfilled the law, He became that Lamb which the law was pointing to.

JOH 1:29 The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, "Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!

MAT 5:17 "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.
18 I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.

Jews observed the law. But there sins were NOT forgiven based on that. Their sins were forgiven because of Jesus’ sacrifice. And the law was symbolic of that.

Galatians 2:16 know that a man is not justified by observing the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. … because by observing the law no one will be justified.

Romans 3:25 God presented him as a sacrifice of atonement, through faith in his blood. He did this to demonstrate his justice, because in his forbearance he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished -
Hebrews 9:15 For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance - now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant.
Hebrews 10:4 because it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins.
Hebrews 10:10 And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

Galatians 3:23-25 Before this faith came, we were held prisoners by the law, locked up until faith should be revealed. So the law was put in charge to lead us to Christ that we might be justified by faith. Now that faith has come, we are no longer under the supervision of the law.
EPH 2:15 by abolishing in his flesh the law with its commandments and regulations. His purpose was to create in himself one new man out of the two, thus making peace, 16 and in this one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross, by which he put to death their hostility.

MAT 22:37 Jesus replied: "'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments."

continuation:

7- the base of Christianity is to love Jesus , Jesus has beard , why Christians shave their beard?

Loving Jesus does not mean imitating the way He looked as a man. Loving Jesus means obeying Him: JOH 14:21 Whoever has my commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves me.
Jesus is a Spirit.
EPH 4:10 He who descended is the very one who ascended higher than all the heavens, in order to fill the whole universe.
He lived in a body of man temporarily. It makes no sense to imitate his temporary bodily image. God wants to be worshipped in Spirit and in truth (means not by external rules and regulations and worship rituals, but from the bottom of your heart, in your thoughts.)

JOH 4:21-24 Jesus declared, "Believe me, woman, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem….a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth."

8- Why is there so many bibles? which one is the right one?

Bibles are - translations of the original text. Each translator added something of his own understanding and translated the way he thought it should say. Some paraphrased ones take it a step further, and even try to tell people what something means – which is often wrong. You can’t really tell which one is right, except in your own heart, what sounds right to you. God, through the Holy Spirit, communicates with us through our heart and thoughts and helps us understand the Bible meaning. As far as I can see, He only makes sure that people understand the essentials correctly. The rest of the stuff doesn’t matter, if they misunderstand. So He doesn’t always reveal everything to everybody, but only what they have to know in order for them to be saved (or sometimes more for certain people, some of those who are diligent in their Bible study).

JOH 15:26 "When the Counselor comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father, he will testify about me.
1CO 2:14 The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.
15 The spiritual man makes judgments about all things, but he himself is not subject to any man's judgment:
16 "For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct him?" But we have the mind of Christ.
JOH 16:13 But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.

9- if the priest / pope forgive our sins , who forgive their sins ?

Jesus is our mediator and our priest. We come directly to God for forgiveness of sins.

HEB 12:24 to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant
1TI 2:5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus

HEB 4:14 Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has gone through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess.
15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are - yet was without sin.
16 Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
JOH 16:24 Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.
1JO 3:21 Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God 22 and receive from him anything we ask, because we obey his commands and do what pleases him.

MAT 6:6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen.
LUK 11:2 He said to them, "When you pray, say: "'Father, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come.3 Give us each day our daily bread.4 Forgive us our sins, for we also forgive everyone who sins against us. And lead us not into temptation.'"

10- Did Jesus wanted to be crucified ? if NO is this mean that God is injustice (ista'3fer allah) , if YES why did people say jews killed him ? did they do what he wanted?
and why did jesus shout: "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me"

Jesus did it willingly (but He did what God the Father wanted Him to do.) But Jesus loved us and gave Himself for us. (all the verses would be same as quoted above).

Jews did kill him. But God’s plan was done even so (behind the scenes so to speak). If it was not according to God’s plan, (God foresaw them killing Jesus) then God would have stopped it. But He let it happen because this was what He wanted done in the first place.
It’s a matter of foreknowing what will happen based on knowing the nature 100% (some people have great skills of manipulation and they know somebody’s nature so well that they can predict what they would do in certain situations). God knows all of us completely. And He knew what Jews would do when Jesus came. They actually tried to kill Jesus before it was His time (before His mission was completed), but God protected Him then. And God only let them kill Him when His mission was done and it was time for Him to become a sacrifice for our sins.

11- if Jesus is God why didn't he save himself from the crucifixion ?

Because the reason He came to earth in the first place – was to become a sacrifice for our sins. If He didn’t, we would still die in our sins and be forever separated from God.

MAT 26:48 Now the betrayer had arranged a signal with them: "The one I kiss is the man; arrest him."
49 Going at once to Jesus, Judas said, "Greetings, Rabbi!" and kissed him.
50 Jesus replied, "Friend, do what you came for." Then the men stepped forward, seized Jesus and arrested him.
51 With that, one of Jesus' companions reached for his sword, drew it out and struck the servant of the high priest, cutting off his ear.
52 "Put your sword back in its place," Jesus said to him, "for all who draw the sword will die by the sword.
53 Do you think I cannot call on my Father, and he will at once put at my disposal more than twelve legions of angels?
54 But how then would the Scriptures be fulfilled that say it must happen in this way?"

12- If Jesus is God , why do he need the Ghost (holy spirit) to talk to Jesus? this one is just confusing to read :S

You are talking about what we call “Trinity”. It’s about Jesus and God the Father and the Holy Spirit being one God. People argue about this one. We don’t know for sure how to explain this. I believe that since Jesus is the Spirit, He IS the Holy Spirit. We know that Jesus Christ lives in our hearts. We know that God lives in our hearts. We know that the Holy Spirit lives in our hearts. I believe that God the Father lives in Jesus the Spirit in some fashion and Jesus the Spirit, being The Holy Spirit, lives in us. This one is very difficult to understand, unless my assumption is correct, then it’s a little easier to understand than other people’s theories. (There are many verses on this subject. I’ll just list a few…)

JOH 14:20 On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.
JOH 14:23 Jesus replied, "If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.
JOH 17:21 that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you.
JOH 10:30 I and the Father are one."
JOH 14:10 Don't you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you are not just my own. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work.
JOH 16:13 But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. … he will tell you what is yet to come.
16 "For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct him?" But we have the mind of Christ

The END

Hoping to contribute further in this thread to the poster GWD: I would also suggest to get a basic understanding of the Gospel of Jesus Christ you can go to the Gospel of Mark and read all of chapter 12; focus on the parable of the vineyard (12:1-11), the truth of the resurrection (12:18-27), what the Lord requires of his followers (12:28-34), how He is God (12:35-37). How does one receive Jesus Christ as Savior? one can read chapter 10 in the book of Romans (focus on 10:9-13). For further understanding of the resurrection, read 1 Corinthians chapter 15. To understand how God the Holy Trinity (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) worked to bring the Son, Jesus Christ to us read the Gospel of Luke chapter 1 and focus on the selection of the ever virgin St. Mary who bore Him (focus on 1:26-38). St.Paul gives us the understanding of how we are saved by our Trinitarian God ,parenthesis within quote mine, "For through Him (Jesus Christ) we both have access by one Spirit (the Holy Spirit) unto the Father." (Ephesians 2:18). God bless.

In addition to what other people have said about Jesus' death of the cross, I have a found it's helpful to think of it like this: suppose I steal something from someone one day, and I feel sorry and apologise. Then I get forgiven, but I steal something again. Then again. Then again, and every time I am forgiven by the owner. When a person is religious and does good things for God, unless they are perfect they are like such a person, because they haven't repented perfectly and still sin against God.

The cross somehow 'solved' this problem by pouring all of our evil, like a pool of black sludge (I visualise it) onto Christ on the cross. On the day of redemption (Eph 4:30) we will suddenly be brought into a perfectly loving and happy life with Christ because of this act (our evil was poured onto him on the cross).
