Help me to translate a prayer.

Dearest friends,

You help will be highly appreciated .

I have got a lovely medal with prayer inscription to Mother Mary on the Old Slavonic language:
"Спаси от бед рабы Твоя, Богородице, яко вси по Бозе к Тебе прибегаем...".

and I have interpreted it in the following way:
"Save Your slaves from misfortunes, Mother of God, as we appeal to You following the God...".

Could you, please, let me know if the translation is good enough or maybe there's a legitimate equivalent.
