Help me I have a form of mental retardation

Help me I have a form of mental retardation. I appear normal. But in my head I am not. I always have alot of pain in my head since I was born ( I am 27) and I do not understand life and people because my brain is unable to. I am constantly fearing that people hate me because I do not talk, or that my behavior will cause someone to yell at me or beat me up. I always fear that I will make a mistake that can cost my life like forgeting the stove is on, or forgetting the iron is on.

I know that because of my condition it is impossible to get married because I barley understand human conversation or activity. If i did, my conversations will always be random and guess work. I cannot fully understand human emotions so i think they would hate me or cheat on me.

I want to get salvation and be raptured up when jesus comes. Does anyone have any advice for me?

You sound like a very uncorrupted and innocent person Ilovejesus. I can't pretend to understand entirely how you perceive the world but I get the impression that it often seems intimidating to you and that you feel ill-equipped to deal with it.

I can only suggest that you take each day at your own pace, all the while focusing on the happy aspects of life. Things that make you laugh, things that make you content. Don't be afraid to engage with people you feel you can trust and just be your happy, carefree self.

Social dynamics are confusing even for the most adept diplomats at times but no one can be expected to get it right all the time.

As for forgetting things, you could always try rigging up a system that works for you. Some people use post-it notes/stickies to remind themselves of things they might forget. You could make lists and cross off things you've completed. Rituals often turn into routines then you don't even have to think about them anymore, they become habit.

Most of all, don't worry Ilovejesus, just be yourself and push yourself to improve... baby steps! It may take a bit longer than it might for some other people, but "slow and steady wins the race"

The pain in your head? You mean like a headache? there are lots of types of headaches and there are various medical prescriptions for them. I used to get terrible headaches so I know how trying they can be. Have you seen a Doctor about your headaches?

No I haven't been diagnosed, but I dont want to because I dont want to hurt my family.

Bless you, brother. Have you trusted Christ for your salvation? If so the matter rests on His faithfulness, which is perfect.

Jesus still heals today. Often healing is a process and we have to be diligent at it. Aside from the prayer of faith, there is the modern medical establishment, and there are medicinal herbs that can do a lot to support and restore body function.

As from the Gospel. If they ask for an offering, only give what you can afford, and only if you are blessed through them.

I think Paul1149 hit the nail on the head.. there are plenty of options open. Just stay strong, keep your chin up and try, if possible, to convince your Mom that you want to seek advice, be it from a Doctor, herbologist or Priest/Pastor.

I have been to the RCC church and the charismatic branch, and a priest visited from Germany. In his service people were laughing. And one girls of 20 years also laughed hard for maybe an hour. After this she testified that a long standing inner pain had gone.

I am believing for a healing of my brain, for a recreation of order in it, rather than a healing gift. Which I recommend.
