Help me find a Jogging Stroller!!

So I went to a couple stores and couldn't find anything like what I am looking for, so I was thinking of looking online but I hate shopping online.

SO!! I am looking for a double jugging stroller with big wheels, seats two children side by side or one in the middle with a canopy that protects from snow/rain. Preferably a canopy that can come waaay down in front so that rain doesn't hit him in the face! Maybe even a canopy with clear plastic with a window or something.

I'm going to need it soon, my regular stroller I have to drive around every bump and when I go fast sometimes its really bumpy for him. I want to be able to go fast and him be relaxed like he's on a bike ride.

Does anyone know anywhere online or offline where I can get this? :o

have you looked at babies r us? we got our stroller there, its not a double one though

We don't have Babies R Us here! But we did when I lived in Minneapolis, alas....

Anyway I like this one, http://www.allkidsstuff.com/details.php?sku=1139, but I cant tell if you can sit one child in the middle. Obviously I only have one child and want to be able to sit him in the middle, but I want to be able to use it for a long time so I think going straight to two would be good, but it would be lopsided if only one baby on one side...

Shopping online is probably not the way to go.... argh... I think I'm frustrated because I've been looking for one for a year now and haven't found one.

However I did find the canopy I wanted, they have both a bug netting and a clear plastic for rain/snow. No point in buying it until I find stroller....
