Ok.

Adultery is obviously wrong. It's a betrayal of people, and if you betray people, then you're betraying God's children, and thus attacking God.

Prostitution belongs in the same category, as you take God's precious gift to mankind and prostitute it. You take something unique and beautiful, and throw it about, abusing a great toy.

Fornication is more complicated. I see no issue with sex in a committed long term relationship. Even if in the end the relationship fails. I say this, not so much claiming it's God's way. I do not have the RIGHT to do that. Rather, i say it, because simply enough, sex is about bringing people together, and I don't see how any long term romantic relationship will do really well with it.

Now...promiscuous sex (sex with whomever is availible) is a different story. It's wrong, because it's basically based only on simple animal lust, and not around trying to love another person in the deep emotional way.

Homosexuality, assuming it's stable and monogamous, isn't something to get in arms about. Lots of things were banned in the OT to keep the state of Israel safe. As Christians we arne't bound to that. From this liberation, we should look at homosexuals and ask:

A) Do they hurt or betray anyone? Not really.

Yes, their affirming doctrine has hurt the church like no other. They have hurt a lot of people. I've written a post on it. Pay particular attention to sections 2, 3, and 4:

B) Does God actually say it's wrong? Once again, we've only got the OT passage saying it. That's not the same.

and the book of Jude in the NT, as well as others. The "everlasting example of punishment" -- what is the perversion of "strange flesh'? "Angel rape" doesn't hold up because Gomorrah and the neighboring towns were also destroyed , and they weren't involved in the alleged "angel rape" incidence that gay-affirmers present.

In other words, if you're gay and you're into comiitted meaningful relationships, then by all means, you're a good person in my book.

The point about church attendence is proof I'm right. People are just bigots. The same thing happened when a lot of churches said that segregation was wrong, but you don't want to admit that fact.

Secondly, Sodom and Gommorah were destroyed not because of sodomy. Rather because they were betrayers. They betrayed a code of ethics which says that a host must protect its guests. Sodom and Gommorah were destroyed for basically being a city where everyone stabbed everyone else in the back. You'd know this is you studied the Arabic cultures better, especially the Bedouin.

I'm not saying it's right. I'm saying that it's a sin like everything else. Thus, don't get so preoccupied on singling it out alone.

Jesus caught flak for being too nice to sinners. I'd rather be doing that then kicking them out. Especially when Paul says to accept new believers into the church regardless of their sins because it's the right thing to do.

You just want a prop to be a judgemental person, and that's truly sad to behold.

Jesus died for sinners, but you don't even care enough tell a gay he is a sinner that needs Jesus to wash away his gay sins. Instead you tell him he is ok just like he is. That is sad, sad indeed.
