I am a High School teacher and I have this big problem of yo-yo weight!!!!
I am on Atkins on and off......for emergency reductions like now before Christmas Choir.... I need to wear the traditional dress where i should be trim ( with curves & not tyres!!!!!)
I am 5ft 4" and weigh 87kilograms.
I prefer western food and love non veg and cheese etc.... not v comfy with veggies.
Pl. share your ways of reducing.... I don't have the time to go for a swim / workout / even a walk cos my daughter has her public exams and I need to be with her .....she is in the 7th grade and needs to study for about 20 hrs a day.

but the healthy and best way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise. Basically, NO fad diets, pills, etc.
Maybe make a list of how many small treats you can have a day, like a cookie after lunch, make drinking water a prerequsite for the snack, then you can see what you will have later and help not eat somthing now, knowing you've allotted for something later on....small rewards along theway to keep you from grazing all day?
