Doesn't matter if its just a few words, or sentences, or even a paragraph! Please help add to this story and keep it going!! I tried doing this on an old journal a few years ago, and had troubles finding people to add to it. I would really appreciate your personal touch
Each year the seasons come and go, old ways come to pass and new beginnings are born. Just as life awakens through the cold snowy blanket of winter does the new heat of summer quickly fade into the brisk enchanting quiet world of fall. Change is inevitable, and through it each person is molded and able to grow. The leaves are now in a state of transformation. The plain green color of tree tops have become a bouquet of oranges, reds, and yellows. Death has the ability to be so beautiful. Sometimes, though, it can be hard to see. For some reason we, the people of this earth, have difficulties with change. Letting go of the things, and people, we love isnt always easy to accept.
It was the year 2003, and like now it was the end of days at the beach, swimming in the lake, and vacations. September means new clothes, backpacks, homework, and that extra bit of coffee to get you going in the morning. For Amika, this was a reminder that sometimes friends have to go their own way and find out about life for themselves. Senior year of high school was over, summer fun passed away, and college was just around the corner.
