Help, I need self control

Well, this is somewhat of a concern of mine. I've been gaining some weight back. And tonight I am frequently tempted to eat when I'm not hungry- and the food has such a magnetic pull on me, I know I need to resist, and I'm trying, but my will isn't as strong as it should be. Please prayer for me that I can persevere when not hungry and say NO!! to the tasty morsals . Thank You so much

Hit me with a prayer for this too please! It seems that even when my mind is willing to turn away food, it's my ARMS! They pick food up and stick it in my mouth even when I know I'm not hungry.

Dear God, please help us to not be gluttons. Please help us only to eat modest amounts. Please help our will be stronger, so we can keep our bodies healthier. Amen.

Last night, my dad told me he was sorry he couldn't bring me any White Castle hamburgers when he was visiting my grandpa. He said he had is blinker on but no cars on the expressway would let him merge over to get onto the exit ramp. I told him it wasn't his fault and that God eliminated this temptation from my menu because I prayed for help.
