HELP I just did something really stupid....

Please Please help me, I just did somehting really stupid...me and friend of mine were watchin porn ....and one thing led to another and...we ended up.....giving each other oral....just for a few seconds but stil....I dont know what to do....we agreeed never to talk abvout it and.....were not gay....please some one help me, Im losing it it.....someone any one tell me what to do......

Er... I'd say your first mistake was to watch porn together. Look, just relax. If you don't think you're gay, then you're fine. You'll have to do some serious asking for forgiveness and praying for help with your relationship with your friend (which is a bit strained I'd imagine) but you've realized that what you did was wrong. Repent, ask for forgiveness, and move on. And quit with the porn while you're at it

It kinda goes without saying, you need to leave the porn alone.. friend or alone this truly is an awsome tool of the evil one. I saw where your responded to a question about being young... there is a book called "Every young man's battle" It speaks on alot of the issues faced by young men today, Like yourself. It relays information about gods expectations and the reality of todays access of "Material" and the exposure of sex that young men face, and it gives real world advise on how to maintain purity in the face of such a hostile world.. As for you experience though, I hope you learned the power of tapping into your primal urges, and see a need to keep them at bay: Staying away from things that turn your primal instincts on, espically if your not in a biblical position to act on them... God has forgiveness for you if you want it.. Seek it and you'll find it.

Read John 8 and do what Jesus told the woman caught in adultery. He did not condemn her and he told her to sin no more. Ask for forgiveness, and then stay away from the porn. The book "Every Young Man's Battle" is a great suggestion. God bless.

Eric, I just have to ask this question....how old are you that you and a friend ended up doing that? If you are young I'd have to say it was curiosity and you've learned from it and moved on. I would honestly just say to forget about it and move on and quit looking at the porn.

I've repented during the days following i would often stop where I was and pray, once on a bus, really anywhere I was and things started hitting me again.I wonder how much is enough? And as for the pornography I've had enough with that. No more. I'm not going to let these things near me anymore, going to be the way I used to be. No more of this. I've learned a lesson from this, a huge one. Eventually I'l forget this and hopefully I'l get right again. I hank the Lord that I didnt start getting worked up about this during my Exam.

Thanks everyone who posted and or will post, I truly aprreciate this. You're words here kept me together. God gives me far more than I deserve.

Hopefully there are no long lasting physical or Psych. effects from this.

Pray for forgiveness. God will forgive anything as long as you mean it when you ask for forgiveness. Don't carry the guilt of it because that guilt is from Satan, not God.

Feed on the living water of Jesus too. It's one thing to say you are tired of porn, but if we keep our focus on God, spend quality time with Him, pray often, those things will help too. Amputate anything in your life that would draw you to porn. Recite scripture, play Christian music and tv in the background. Maybe even when you go to bed, play music softly from a Christian radio station. Coming here to confess is a BIG step and we and the Lord applaud you for doing so.
Talk to someone about this too. You are not fighting this alone, bring porn into the light and gradually you will see it's power weaken in your life.

Physically - Unless you or your friend are having any form of sex with multiple people with/without protection, there's nothing to worry about. You can't get an STD where there is none to begin with.

Psych. - It seems to me you've pretty much done the following:

1. Realized what you did
2. Felt horrible about it
3. Prayed for forgiveness

By my own beliefs, once you asked for forgiveness, it was covered by the blood of Christ, and its now as far from you as the east is from the west.

So basicly, don't worry about it, don't dwell on it, and.. well.. thats it! Laugh, live, and then laugh somemore.

Sure. You're not gay. I know when porn is on and my friends are around sometimes we'd slip and go down on each other too, it's perfectly natural, not gay at all.

I think there's something seriously weird about that situation that'd you'd actually think about going down on a guy. That's a pretty gay thing to do. It's also sort of a funny situation, I dunno. Like something you'd see in a Seinfeld episode, Jerry and George give each other oral and come up with some kind of funny phrase about it.

Hey

First off I have had a friend spend the night and she was bi and i didn't know it and well i know im not but we ended up making out and she went on to do some other things with me that is all i am going to say

I want you to know that I don't speak with this friend much anymore and well things are bad off for us. She did lie to me when i asked if she went both ways. I don't trust her anymore

There is some things I didi. Number one was I asked for forgivness of God and repented. Number Two I told her that it was to never happen again. Number three I let my youth pastors wife whom is my accountablity partner know what happen and I asked her to pray with me and make sure that she continues to ask me how i am doing in that area. Another thing I did was make sure this didn't slow down the momentum I had built up in my life for God. Sure I messed up but sometimes the test is how fast you get up and get moving in the right direction. I am praying for you.
