It removes alot of junk on your pc, spend a little time looking over the options because it's quite configureable to your liking. Have used it for a while and really like it, usually run it once a day before shutting down the puter.

It depends on the type of explorer you use:

if you use Internet Exploer then select Internet Options from the Tools menu, then click the button Clear History.

if you use Firefox, select Clear Private Data from Tools menu, then check Browing history, finally click Clear Private Data Now

Or just run disk clean up. (for xp, and internet explorer).

But rember, that will not clean up any registry entries (and there may be some depending on how you entered the site names). Now the programs like sweep might clean up the reg entries, not shure on that though.
