"Help from the Lord"
For every insult thrown at me,
You Lord lift me up higher.
Whilst I am being humiliated,
You Lord keep me in an humble state in You!
As I want to be humble before You,
yet having a big faith in You!
Having faith in what You have done,
having faith in what You can do!
With a full trust in You,
and a full dependence in You alone!
Knowing that by myself,
I am helpless without You Jesus!
Help me to keep myself in Your strenght,
as in my own strenght I fail!
In my own strenght,
everything falls apart!
In Your strenght Lord Jesus,
even when I feel the weakest.
In Your strenght Lord Jesus,
I become strong and sound minded because of You!
Help me Lord,
to keep myself always in Your love.
Being forgiving as my Father is forgiving,
not only in words but by choice and actions too.
Help me to be truthful in You,
genuine in what I say and do.
No matter what pressure I go through,
that I remain true, honest, loving, and merciful.
