This thread is out of respect for another thread which turned into a debate, but which asked a question. I am not sure whether the person who started it will have the resilience to try again, so this is for Bunnysfriend.

So this thread is exclusively for help from Christ for anyone who is depressed. It does not have to be quotes from the Bible, it can be support, or examples of help which we have received, but it has to be about help, and nothing else. Many thanks.

Starting with Psalm 23.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for thou art with me, thy rod and staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table for me in the presence of mine enemies. Thou anointest my head with oil. My cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
